All ok except that wifi cannot work on high floor.

I had a really comfortable stay at Route-Inn. The room is nice and bed comfy. The breakfast buffet was superb and there are lots of options for affordable dining close by. It is a bit of a walk to get to the train station and some bus stops but I was able to get everywhere I needed just fine.

Typical Japanese hotel, small but adequate. However, this hotel had the hardest bed I have experienced in Japan. Everything else was fine, but the bed.....ouch! Hotel was close to Hagorosan which we climbed the next day. Good restaraunts in the area, but the bed....... I asked the desk clerk (in Japanese) if all the beds were that hard as I rapped on the granite counter. Her response was yes, they were all the same, no matter the price of the room. In their defense, I did feel another bed as we were exiting and it felt a little softer, but not sure I will risk it again. Parking was great, but the bed...... We just want a clean place to lay our head, but we awoke anything but refreshed. Did I mention how bad the bed was........

I was only there for a night before traveling outside the city. This was just a bed to sleep in. The bed, I will say, was almost rock hard, but I do appreciate that. This is what, I think, the Japanese call a Business hotel. The room is TINY. To open a full suitcase, you have to put it on the bed and pack up the luggage before you go to bed. Like, I said, though, this was a roof over my head for a night; it was perfect for that. It is a ways from the train station and a taxi there was about $15, which I wasn't super pleased with, but oh well.

Stayed at this hotel while visiting relatives. Quiet but a little far from main part of town.

お部屋のクリーニングが簡単な代わりに、ドリンクやクーポンのサービスがあるのは良いと思う。そこまで汚れたり散らかったりするわけではないので、ゴミ捨て程度でも部屋は清潔だし、快適に過ごせた。

部屋は清潔で、朝食も美味しかったです。

とてもキレイでした。

温泉もあり最高でした!

　スタッフ皆さんが、親切でとても感じが良かったです。

大浴場もあり素晴らしいです。

朝食が美味しかった。大浴場があって良かった。サウナがあれば尚良かった。

料金重視で選びましたが基本的に満足です。設備も、清潔さも接客も。夜中の機械音(エアコン関係なのか、何の音かは不明)だけは少し気になりました。

スタッフの対応も良かったし、お部屋も綺麗でした。大浴場も満足でした。 ただ、風の音がすごい。
