Although the room had everything you needed, it was too small and difficult getting around the room. Breakfast was grand but there was no other amenities.

The service which the hotel provided was very good. But the location where the hotel situated was inconvenient. I loved the bathroom at first floor.

The hotel was close enough to the station that I would take a taxi up (less than 1000 yen) and walk down. The hotel was comfortable and well-kept, if not new. The staff was kind and helpful. Almost all documents and materials were bilingual, which was helpful. I would happily stay here again.

別館で本館への行き来が大変で寒い。

部屋へ加湿器の準備をお願いしていた点、しっかりと対応頂きました。 また、フロントの男性もとても感じの良い対応でした。 お風呂もゆったりと入る事が出来、シングルステイには申し分有りません。

コストバランスは、良いと思います。
