Nice place to stay for a few nights if you’re in the area. A friend and I stayed here as we toured around the local attractions. The room was very large with a comfortable sofa and seats to relax at. The bathroom is a bit small but that’s standard for hotel unit baths. Ample parking for our rental car. Breakfasts were nothing special but good, standard business hotel fair. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. I would stay here again if I find myself in the area and based on this stay, I would put Route Inn on my list of places that are alright anywhere.

Big room for a Japanese hotel (around 30 square meters) and it was a smoking room, which is not available everywhere. Room and bathroom were equipped and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful (came with us to park our bicycles and show us the washing machine). Breakfast included in the price and an onsen with large timetable of access. BUT, the building is clearly outdated and the price is too expensive for the location and what it is.

Route Inn is always special for their budget packages with free breakfast. The hotel is located far from railway station but there are many restaurants and convenience store near by. The rooms are standard and the food is good.

This hotel provides complete amenities for both full-fledged travellers and backpackers. It's also located at a walking distance from Niihama Station so no need to worry of getting late to the station. Price is also economical (if you don't like the word "cheap").

Route Inn is a dependable chain. Wouldn't pay for the breakfast however. Good water pressure.
