Good the hotel had a great price. Breakfast was nice. Staff was amazing, they gave me a towel to wipe down my bike and let me keep it in the room.

Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Rom is quiet and clean. Thank you for a nice stay

This was a nice place to stay for a night while walking the Shikoku Henro (Pilgrimage). It's less than 1,000 yen for a taxi there from the station and is near a few dining options that would appeal to western travellers. This was my second stay there, having spent a night in 2015 on my first Henro. On that occasion there was a shuttle (from memory it was just one man and a car!) to the station in the morning, but this time it wasn't available due to the day of the week - I walked back to the station. Breakfast was included and it was decent and definitely worth it. There's a good shared bathroom on the ground floor. Route Inns in my experience are good mid-range hotels, clean and relaxing. My only gripe is a minor one about the coin laundry being in the bathing area change rooms, which isn't always convenient (walkers need their laundry done as a matter of some urgency!). Overall great value for money.

Very pleasant.

The Hotel Route Inn in Saijo was a convenient place to stay and was a resonable price. We had a rental car which made it easy to find and the parking was free. The beds were hard but the rest of the hotel was nice. My daughter and I went into the Japanese bath, which was very relaxing. They provided Pyjamas and slippers as well as basic toiletries. There was a good variety at breakfast which was buffet style and very filling. The staff were very helpful but I don't think anyone spoke much English. The hotel is close to the Asahi Beer Factory, which offers free tours! Saijo is a short drive to Imabari where we started the Shimanami Kaido Bicycle ride.

Pretty good hotel. But I don't recommend someone who doesn't like hard bed. Bed is too hard, so little painful in the morning. Of course, hard bed is good for health, but someone wouldn't like this hard bed. Except this, everything is very good.

利用しやすい場所にあって駐車場も近い。朝食も美味しくお部屋も綺麗で快適でした。

まぁルートインって感じのホテルとスタッフ対応でした。

Great place to stay. There is a public bath pool for relax. And also good transit car from train station to the hotel.

酒店設施很好，大浴場是放鬆身心的好地方，房間舒適，早餐很豐富。酒店對面便是大型超市及有幾間食店，晚上到這些食店享用了豐富的晚餐，酒店有免費泊車，整體很滿意。

急遽の宿泊にもかかわらず親切なご対応をしていただきました

チェックインからチェックアウトまでの間 ずっと隣の部屋のドアの足元に（つまり床上に） 部屋のバスタオルらしき白い大きなタオルが クシャクシャの状態で無造作に置きっぱなしでした。 他は全く問題ありませんでした。

お風呂や朝御飯、部屋も最高でしたが、長時間の運転でやっとホテルに着いたと思ったら、チェックインの時、受付の方がかなり長い電話で待たされて少しイライラしてしまいました。それ以外はコスパ最高のホテルにでした。
