The hotel was convenient for our visit for Kyushu Three Day March. The staff were helpful, though their English was limited. The room was compact. We found the bed was very hard. The size of the bathroom was a challenge for Europeans

Booked a single and double room and the double, which I paid much more for, turned out to be smaller. Had to bring staff member to the room to show them.. I would think they should know this. Was given a larger room but still not much space to put things. Typical maybe for this kind of place. Restaurant buffet was excellent and the ofuro a nice amenity. Staff was pleasant and place is tidy..which is typical of Japan.

The hotel is quite far from the nearest station. I had to walk at least 20-30mins. The bath towel they provided was wet! Other than that, everything else was fine.

Very well located for the restaurant and entertainment area of the city. Big and easy to enter/access parking lot. Modern facility. Good rate.

年数が経つと設備も古くなります。 クーラーも白から黄色に焼けてきて何となく寂しい感じがします 朝の食事のお世話に方は最高でした。一生懸命を久しぶりに見て朝から元気を貰いました。 スタッフの方も親切でした。

きれいに、清掃してあり、気持ちよく、宿泊できました。

綺麗でした。

カバーはあったが便座暖房が欲しい

室内はいつものようにきれい。 朝食もおいしいと思います。 繁忙期に駐車場が若干足りない場合もありますが近隣の パーキングで清算後領収書をフロントに持参すればその分の金額をいただけます。

受付時の対応が、大変よかった。

今回バイクツーリングで利用しました。ツインに宿泊しましたが部屋が広めで良かったです。また屋根が有るところにバイクが止めれて良かった。

駐車券のことをチェックインの時に教えて欲しかった

不満一切なし

サービスは素晴らしいが、部屋の壁紙のはがれや古いエアコンの匂いが若干気になった。
