Overpriced old hotel far from the quality of its name. Total scam.

The spa was clean with all amenities easily accessible. The room has a workable desk oriented for business stays. Most of the stuff is professionally nice. Considering the budget offered by this hotel is stealing. I would come back to this place for my next visit to Tosu.

Super convenient hotel near the main train station shopping centre. Accidentally booked a smoking room, but the humidifier they provided resolve it.

Basic hotel with budget price for a short stay for visiting the outlet nearby.

The hotel couldn’t provide laundry service shown on the guide, so I have to spend more than 1 hour to finish coin laundry in midnight. The front person said it was because a cleaner had shut up their business.

Chose this hotel as a stopover hotel on the way to Kagoshima.. It is a 3 min walk from the JR station. Pretty good connections to Kurume and Shin Tosu Shinkansen stations via local train lines. There is a mall 3 mins walk from hotel with lots of eateries. The onsen was clean and quite enjoyable. Was only another patron when i went there around 9pm.

The property was great. Parking was easy and the food right outside was awesome! The smoking rooms were very strong, but I guess thats expected (chose wrong room by mistake)

The bed was too stiff for me. The towels smell bad. The breakfast was very good. The service of the staffs were also very good.

the staff was very helpful, and friendly. Also, the sauna was a plus.

There is man made onsen for free. Even if it's small, it's quite nice. Hotel is very close to Tosu train station, just 2-3 min. by walking. The bed is not very comfortable, room is quite small but most hotel rooms in Japan is like that.

Small room as is common in Japanese hotels of this level. The common water faucets for the sink and shower are bit uncomfortable. The breakfast included was rich and tasty, not only to Japanese palette, but also to western one. The location is 3 min from a train station, 25 away from Fukuoka. The prices definitely beat those of Fukuoka. A non-fancy mall is located 5 min away.

Nice stay. Staff not well verse in English but they try their best to serve you. Onsen is nice and big.

Hotel staffs have lack of Eng.communication skill. But located in good location.

Parking was easy. Location convenient. Breakfast was not good.

Cannot fault the hotel itself however we did struggle to find somewhere to eat (we believe due to being foreigners) so we were limited to a shopping mall food court.

Very near the JR train station

I stayed this hotel after visiting Kurume University. I couldn't found a hotel in Kurume, so booked this hotel through Expedia.

It is convenient near the train station and big shopping mall. The restaurant near the hotel have nice food.

Good location and great for calue
