There should be a place in the hotel for guests to drop off their luggage, instead of making them pick it up at a parking lot far away. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is good, easy to find. The onsen is good. Breakfast has 3 rooms. In winter, there is no air. The hotel opens heater instead. For Thai people, it should be hot. But the hotel has a fan as well. Thank you.

We enjoy stay 3nights at Maystays Hotel,the room so comfort, and have facility hot spring, the location near subway have 3 kind of breakfast and all was amazing. If I return to sapporo I will book this hotel again..
