Stayed for 7 nights during my recent trip to Japan. The experience was overall great and I enjoyed my staying there. The location was strategic with many railway-based transport options and 7-eleven stores nearby. The cleaning service was carried out based upon request or once every 3 day-interval. The receptionists were very accomodating when I forgot to bring my travel adapter, they lent me one for the rest of my stay. The breakfast was fabulous, there was a list of 4 breakfast sets you could choose from. I chose set A and omakase sushi which were great for my taste.

Good value for money. Rooms are a bit small but the location is ggod.

Walking distance to Tokyo station and Kyobashi station. Neighbourhood the quiet neighbourhood and the big city feels. If you want to go shopping to Ginza it 's 15minutes away on foot. The staff was super attentive and helpful during our stay here.

Relatif dekat ke metro dan toei subway. Bisa jalan kaki ke Stasiun Tokyo kalau mau. Check-in lancar meski dengan Inggris patah-patah. Sarapan simpel khas Jepang tapi enak. Staf nya semua ramah.

I was hosted at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn hotel because the location is not far to Tokyo Station and the breakfast was very good and many different kinds of soap, lotions or masks were taken in front of the check-in counter (I happened to forget to bring lotion to Japan). I want to stay here again

Comfortable hotel near commuter exit but food is rare.

Overall good and clean. Near Tokyo station and MRT Metro and Toei. You just walk about 10 minutes from Tokyo Station to this hotel.

This hotel has cozy lobby. Provides us free amenities and coffee/tea in a corner of the lobby. Mineral water is provided in the room everyday as compliment. The location is great, only walking distances from metro station. Ginza is 10-15 minutes on foot. The staffs helped me with my luggage when it couldn't be opened. Would love to stay again.

I think this place is very recommended, not only a good location that nearby kyobashi station, this hotel have a good helpful officer.

The check-in process must be according to the hours set. The room is quite large for a triple room type. The distance to Tokyo Station is quite far to walk. A little difficult for groups that bring parents or children. Breakfast food is not okay.

I feel very impressed by reception. I have a problem about shopping and get the wrong bag. I ask him for help me to contact with Don quijote about this problem. He is very nice and kind to help us although it's late night
