Having booked this hotel with very low expectations I was blown away by its facilities and 5* restaurant. The staff were fantastic, rooms exceptionally clean and restaurant was the best in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend. The hotel Kunz offers exceptional value for money and easy parking which is always welcome especially as i was in a large van.

For a regional German Hotel this hotel exceeded my expectations and is of fantastic value. Hotel service and property was well managed. We need more like this type of hotels in the US. Thanks, Heinz

Asked to change pillow case and yet again got a dirty one. Useless to complain to owner as very defensive!

I always stay at this hotel when visiting family. They are a full service hotel and spa.

This is a family run hotel which is high quality and really a gem! Very friendly, great food, clean and also a "locals" hangout. Many German's come to enjoy the quiet boutique atmosphere that is Hotel Kunz.

Nice clean hotel

We often travel between the UK and Austria so Pirmasens is a convenient stopover point. We have stayed in the area many times but this is the first time we have stayed at the Kunz. We will definitely be very happy to book again. We received a very friendly greeting at reception and were provided with an extremely clean, comfortable and modern room. We ate in the restaurant which offered a varied menu, beautifully prepared and presented and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff both at dinner and breakfast were very helpful and efficient. They seemed genuinely interested in their customers. We didn't get around to using the wellness facilities but we did go to have a look - all very inviting including the small swimming pool.

This is a family run operation and everyone makes you feel very welcome. The food at this restaurant is outstanding.

The room was great and for the value very nice. The pillows there are a little too airy for me, but otherwise the room is very nice. The restaurant in the hotel was nice and offered a very nice selection of fancy food and wine. There was not much else in the town though so many people every night came to the restaurant making parking a little bit more difficult. Luckily with ample street parking, parking in the hotel lot was only an problem at night, but spots not the street could be easily found. A pool and/or hot tub wold significantly make the hotel more attractive.

Fabulous find, can't fault hotel. Used when travelling back from the Italian Lakes. Would definitely recommend it if in the area. Excellent value. Food great too.

hotel relaxed me after a long drive - I was travelling across Europe Italy to England which I do often. When I arrived I had a massage waiting for me and I then relaxed right the way through to a lovely meal (gluten free too) and a comfortable night's sleep.

Wie fast immer, bei einem Aufenthalt in Pirmasens, steige ich im Hotel Kunz ab. Zunächst hatte ich ein schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer. Der Safe war zu klain für mein Tablett, der Fernseher war klein, hatte eine schlechte Bildqualität und es standen nur wenige Programme zur Verfügung. Ich machte das Rezeptionspersonal darauf aufmerksam, die mir sofort ein besseres Zimmer ohne Aufpreis gaben. Das neue Zimmer war in der mir gewohnten Qualität, gemütlich und schön. Bei einem Abrechnungsproblem, (mein Fehler) unterstütze mich das Rezeptionspersonal ebenfalls großartig, mit viel Gefuld und immer freundlich. Das Hotel Kunz empfängt einem immer freundkich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme auch das nächste Mal gerne wieder

Check-In war schnell erledigt. (Mein) Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür sehr sauber. Zimmer ist etwas hellhörig, also wenn der Nachbar sein Zimmer aufschließt und den Lichtschalter bedient hört man. Hab trotz allem gut geschlafen und würde wiederkommen. Pool war angenehm temperiert

Prima hotel, bij aanrijden leek minder, maar van binnen netjes. Personeel super vriendelijk. Parkeerplekken genoeg. Stijl landhotel van binnen. Niet meest modern, maar echt aan te raden.
