Clean hotel, friendly and polite staff

Great location and great deal.

Strategic location in the old quarter, only 1 minute from Bancong coffee, only 16 minutes walk to train street hanoi, 2 minutes to beer street, a few minutes if you want to go to cafe Giang or Note Cafe, near Hoan Kiem lake, mineral water is not free, that's the only drawback, the room is okay, just ordinary, comfortable, according to the price, the hotel is one with a restaurant, there are many foods around the hotel, at night it's a bit noisy because it's near beer street, but it's still okay, it doesn't feel quiet 😁

Out of shower gel, shampoo and no toothbrush.

The rooms are not like the pictures but quite comfortable. Unfortunately there is an unpleasant odor in the toilet. The service is very good and the staff is very helpful.

Near the old town, dedicated staff, quiet room, good value for money

Very strategic location, it 's around the center of the Old Quarter! You can go anywhere on foot.

On the first day of checking in the room, the manager was not very friendly (probably because we paid for the promotional price of the app, so it was cheaper than usual). The room was ok, no problem, but when I booked, I asked for a 1-bed room, but after checking in, she told me that the 1-bed room was more expensive. But it is clear on the app that the room rate is the room rate for 1 queen bed or 2 single beds. Wifi is extremely weak, the phone almost has to use 3G and cannot use wifi. All in all, we didn't have a very good experience 🙂

The hotel is right in the strategic location, the central of the Old Quarter. It's close to everything. The room is not quite specious but clean and comfy. There's everything I need from the fridge to hairdryer. The food is ok, small variety but neat and tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a great location right in the middle of the old town, where to go is close and convenient, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, especially I arrived earlier than the check-in time and still got a check-in, I came here to work every time twice a year all week, really like it, the hotel is clean, will come and see you again

The hotel is new and clean. Spacious bathroom and toilet. All is new. I am satisfied with everything and will return.

Clean room, enthusiastic staff

Starting to any one place, I checked the toilet + bathroom first and the hotel was really well done, clean and fragrant. The bedroom is not sophisticated but beautiful, I like it. There is a little regret that my room is on the 6th floor of the soundproofing system is not very good, the night is still noise, and another thing is that the curtains do not block all the light from the corridor so I have to slept turned back the year. I will keep coming back when I get the chance.

I feel satisfied and excited when coming to and stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, beautiful and fully equipped. Not only reasonable prices but also very good and considerate staff service. I will come back here and choose this hotel in the next vacation. Wish the hotel always keep this level.

The staff are very friendly, enthusiastic guide, quality medical room, spacious and clean, the bed is great for a sleep after a long journey. The price is cheap compared to the quality. The location in the center, easy to move to the entertainment and sightseeing, I had a pleasant vacation. Will definitely come back.
