The room was amazing, well maintained and serviced at all times. Breakfast buffet was great too. The service was also very good and they take care of guests very well. It has a nice pool and great views

Location 😃. The view facing the street is an eye sore. Staff need more training ( front and breakfast ) area. They messed up on our billing for number of nights.

Impeccable property, service and food

We stayed for 3 nights from 9th Oct 25. We found the hotel to be better than our expectation. The staff were very helpful. Saurabh in housekeeping deserves a special menton. The only area we found a little lacking was the food. We hope it will be better in our next trip .

Location. And noisy neighbors talking loudly whole night ,kept awake for two nights. Inter Rooms wall not soundproof . Location is noisy area and slushy areas outside .

Staff was helpful but they couldn't help the situation much. If you are an international guest staying here make sure you carry a travel adapter otherwise your cell phone and laptop will run out of battery. The hotel doesn't even have an adapter and you won't be able to buy it easily in the stores around the hotel.

During my previous stay at this hotel (booked via my office staff), the rooms were more spacious and comfortable. However, during this stay (booked via hotels.com), the room was small, bed was uncomfortable and the overall experience was not upto te mark. The room charge remains the same whether I book it from office or from hotels.com

The hotel looks nice & interior is not bad. The rooms were comfortable but not well maintained. The 1st room they showed me had dirty bedsheets with hair all over, bathroom was stinky. The next room had a similar bed, but cleaner bathroom. There were stains on the bathroom wall (so much for 4 star). Even after a complaint they didn't clean it properly. The breakfast lacks in variety. Some staff were OK, others were not so friendly. The hotel did let me extend my check out time by 2 hours. Given a choice I wouldn't go back to the hotel as it takes for ever to travel to & from Mumbai to the hotel.

Even after requesting for a non smoking room i got a room which was stinking !
