The room was okay, but all the lights and electricity in our room went out, the hallways, elevator and lobby all had electricity and worked but out room didn’t. The fridge leaked water since the ice melted

It was a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly. Several local dining options really close by and some cool places in the local area. We used Uber and walking to get around the city (and Sao Paulo is HUGE), and we got Ubers super fast at this location. The location was really nice, and spring for the breakfast! It's worth it.

O hotel apresenta boas instalações. Os quartos são amplos e limpos. Ficamos em um andar alto com uma bonita vista da cidade. Nas proximidades apresenta transporte públicos e restaurantes. O chuveiro é um pouco frio. Café da manhã gostoso.

You are very close to Ibirapuera Park and the metro. There are many small shops, restaurants and bars in the area. If you are in São Paulo on Sunday don’t miss the street fair when Paulista Ave is closed to cars.

Location is excellent, good restaurant, friendly staff. Bathroom a bit dated but very clean.

It is a great value deal. The only thing that could be slightly improved are the pillows.

Nice room but the beds and bedding were poor, also no toilet roll provided just the bum gun to wash with 😬

Overall a great stay. Three friends shared a room and one of us slept at the sofa bed. She reported it to be a bit uncomfortable.... we could also use some more towels (only 3 big ones in the bathroom and no hand towels). Breakfast was good and included tapioca pancakes as a gluten free alternative to bread. We have not used the pool or gym facilities.

Non-Portuguese speakers need not worry about communication. There was always someone on duty who could converse in English.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne zu diesem Hotel. Es liegt in einer super Gehend in São Paulo - fussläufig zum Ibirapuera Park, mit vielen Bäckereien, Kneipen und Restaurants in der Nähe und auch mit der U-Bahn nicht weit. Dazu das Zimmer hat eine super Größe und das Frühstück ist simpel, aber gut vorbereitet. Preislich für mich in São Paulo unschlagbar.

Localização boa para quem vai na São Paulo Expo, quartos confortáveis e café da manhã bom. Recomendo, bom custo benefício

Funcionários da recepção pouco prestativos, restaurante com péssimo atendimento, café da manhã pouco atrativo. Na reserva, pelo Hotels.com, falavam da opção de solicitar micro-ondas, mas, os funcionários da recepção, nem "me deram atenção" quando tentei solicitar. Para beber, precisei pagar aluguel de R$ 30,00 referente a uma taça.

Hotel tudo de bom! Recomendo
