We stayed for 8 days to enjoy the theme parks and it was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the texting services with reception was so helpful!

Room is so badly outdated and was there for 10 days and received cleaning service once.

The hotel staff was great and accommodated a late arrival. They checked in with us periodically and promptly responded to any requests. We will definitely stay here again!

I did not like the room layout. There was a huge bathtub in the middle of the bedroom and kitchenette area. The description of the room was not accurate as it did not indicate the layout was like that when I was booking the room. While at the property, I did not have another option to switch rooms and so I had to check out and look for another hotel.

Close to Disney

Our stay was great but we had to change our room location because of no elevators. We were so surprised, families with strollers don’t want to deal with lack of elevators.

The price was great. Didn’t appreciate the pushy salesperson. The information she provided about Disneyworld to try and have us attend her presentation were incorrect.

The room was worn out especially the carpet and the chair, the coffee maker had a 12 cups capacity, which was too big for a couple.

The pool was nice and heated, the hot tub was bubbly and hot. Played pickleball with a group of nice people. Really appreciated the late check out. It was a fun stay! Thank you

Great pleace ! The parking at night is the only issue

The room was a good size we had a 3brm but halfway thru we started having issues with hot water and very limited parking. Last day we had trouble with 1 bathroom. The room could use upgrade to the furniture. The hotel did give a small refund and the employees were very understanding.
