Place was a dump. Now having said that ot was a reasonable value and a place to lay my head. A/C worked fine but no hot water in the shower. By Mexican standards it was fine for a night but if you are expecting a proper squeaky clean fancy hotel room I would move on. The young lady at reception was great and a pleasure to deal with. She made a real effort to be pleasant, I'm sorry I forgot her name.

Estuvo bien el hotel, buen ambiente y limpieza

It’s nice for a night or two. The view from the pool area is beautiful but you have to go up three floors through the stairs to get there. At day it’s a bit noisy because of the public transport, and by night, there were people outside on the street talking loud and I could still hear them. The bathroom is spacious on the shower area. The tv was not that good. It was clean and the staff was nice.

Muy cercano a la playa y las personas en recepción amigables.

My room at Hotel Posada del Carmen was surprisingly way nicer then I would expect for the great price I had a balcony and when I opened the door to the balcony and the bathroom window in the back, I had the perfect breeze and didn’t use the air condition at al. Even though the lobby looked kind of dark, the staff really was super friendly and helpful. My bathroom and the room was super clean I did my yoga on the floors with no hesitation. The location is also really central and good During the daytime I heard the traffic from below but at night there was no traffic to be heard. I would certainly stay here again when in Veracruz.

Bed bugs

Tanto en mi check in como check out el personal muy frío sin atención al cliente, y tanto regadera como baño muy reducidos e incómodos encontrando animales como cucarachas

La habitación lucia sucia, y no solo eso; nos salieron 2 cucarachas durante la estancia, era una habitación para 4 personas y solo dejaban 2 toallas, se tuvo que estar solicitando los 4 días las faltantes, la persona de la recepción del turno de la noche llamado Gilberto grosero y descortés, la verdad no volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Si sólo que falta jabón para las manos y rollo no es suficiente por habitación

Iluminación por la noche en los pasillos

Ambas cosas el personal muy atento y las habitaciones en buenas condiciones

Si solo se ocupa para dormir esta bien, hay poco espacio.

La habitación es demasiada cara,yo la tome en descuento pero sin él no habría valido la pena
