Excellent stay, a nice Hotel situated in a very special location. There was a wide variety of food available for breakfast, with their own baked bread, and the food served in the Brasserie was also of a very high standard, The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful assisting in our request for a room with access that would be easier for my partner. The room we stayed in was stylish, comfortable with a well equipped bathroom and an outside balcony. A minor criticism would be the room was over warm for sleeping and Wi-Fi and TV could have intermittent reception. However it will not stop us from staying again. Thank you to all the staff.

Amazing stay, the people working there were incredibly nice. The wellness facilities (pool, sauna, steam room) were also very welcome for a cold December day! The brasserie in the hotel is well worth a visit, the food was spectacular. The rooms are luxurious without being over the top, with great quality furnitings and amazing bathroom.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Ruths Hotel. The room was well appointed, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the sauna was perfect after a December walk on the beach.

Was not worth the very high price. Uncomfortable bedding and no ac.

By far the best in the area. Impeccable service. Fabulous wine list. Best food for miles etc. Walking distance to essential 'Skagen musts'.

We loved the location, close to the beach but also the room, breakfast, dinner -- everything about it and the location was perfect for those wanting to explore Skagen area of Denmark. Many people were walking, running, biking as well as driving. It was simply perfect for people who want to relax and yet explore.

We asked specifically for a quiet room. We were personally taken to our room which was beautifully appointed and clean. After retiring around 10:00 we figured out we were above the kitchen and were subjected to every bang and clang of the kitchen clean-up until they were finished at 1:30 AM. I'm starting to see a pattern that Expedia users get the less desirable (crummy) rooms. What's your experience with Expedia rooms?

Very nicely decorated and comfortable room in the annex. Nice breakfast in dining room. Enjoyed the spa with heated swimming pool. Only two issues - we ate in the brasserie and the tables were so close to each other you had to move them to get people in and out and it felt like you were eating with people on either side. Maybe this was because the main dining room was closed. Other issue which caused great concern to my Danish partner was that the Dannebrog flag touched the ground when it was being taken down at sunset ......being a Brit I wasn't that worried but apparently this is a national crime to Danes !!
