We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways

Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment, the room was very small, some lights were not functional, wi-fi was very intermittent. There are far much better hotels at the same cost in the area.

Hotel é muito bom, atendimento excelente, cafe da manha maravilhoso, a unica coisa que senti falta foi espelho maior no quarto.

Quarto péssimo e houve um assalto em frente ao hotel no momento em que chegava.

Atendimento péssimo, nunca atendiam no ramal da recepção, chuveiro pingando deixando o banheiro alagado direto, falta de higiene no ambiente, pia do banheiro encardida e com mofo, café da manhã ruim.

Vista maravilhosa, café da manhã maravilhoso, mas o quarto parece de boneca. Já tinha ficado eu um quarto ridículo, como tinha gostado das outras coisas resolvi reservar um maior, porém era do mesmo tamanho. Se fosse mais barato seria o ideal. Quarto bem pequeno.

Bom café e atendimento dos funcionários, limpeza tbm,mas um chuveiro que dava choque, relatamos ao funcionário e nada foi feito, ja que não tinham como consertar poderiam nos trocar de quarto,o quarto tbm era estandart,mas poderia ter um lugar mais adequado para colocar a roupa,tivemos que acomodar em uma mesinha.

A internet do hotel praticamente não funciona, permanecendo constantemente oscilando e, na maior parte do tempo, sem qualquer conexão estável. A televisão do quarto igualmente não oferece funcionamento adequado, pois não há acesso sequer aos canais abertos. E, como a internet também não funciona corretamente, torna-se impossível utilizar aplicativos ou canais via streaming disponíveis na TV.

Equipe de funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, quartos bons, com ar condicionado, frigobar e chuveiro quente, café da manhã muito bom e variado, hotel próximo a ponte dos ingleses, dragão do mar e catedral de Fortaleza. O estacionamento é fechado, porém exposto a sol e chuva.

Precisa de colocar cobertura no café da manhã, as moscas pousavam na comida. Quarto sujo , mudei 3 vezes, um com barata, outro com aranha e o terceiro com mofo. Boa localização, mas precisa de mais conservação e uma pintura nos quartos
