This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door lock and corresponding key? I asked front desk for toothpaste and told me they don't have... Overall, you feel the hotel is really aged and might be a very good one in the past. I definitely encourage you to look for other 5 stars hotels in the region, otherwise you will get deceived

Pictures dont do this place justice. Its genuinely very pretty. And super quiet. Its a huge property and there are only very few people at a given time. Ill be returning here.

Excellent hotel. The only problem I had was on Saturday night when I wanted to sleep and I couldn’t because of the karaoke party. I would suggest to the hotel owner to install sound proof doors.

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are very spacious, the food was very delicious, the swimming pool is super huge and super amazing

Great service from guest checking in due to Covid they had me wait in a nice chair. They offered me drinks on the house while I was waiting. The room was clean and they allowed early check in. Dinner was excellent and breakfast had every thing you wish for. The pool was warm and the checkout was supper fast. Thank you and I am looking forward to book another stay :)

Best hotel

We loved our stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. The food was tasty, especially the buffet breakfast. The beach and outdoor area was beautiful! Access to the pool, sauna and steam room was also a nice touch for our holiday! We spent some time at the spa for massages and pedicures, but those were only just okay. Overall, a great stay!

It is a beautiful hotel. A bit old by the new standards but despite, it has kept its elegance and class. Spa area needs some attention since most pipes are either broken or rusted. Staff are extremely polite and at tentative. Food and it’s quality needs improvement . Otherwise it is a hotel that I intent to go back again.

The Hotel cost more the US $ 2450 per night. I think we have the right to expect a bit of a Richer Breakfast than what is being offered....F&B is a bit behind expectations...the rest is Great!!

Epic, grand palatial architecture; bland antiquated hotel music crackling in the background. Soothing, functional sauna and steam room; clock frozen—when was battery last changed? Six receptionist staff standing around on quiet morning; checkout payment takes almost half an hour to process... this was the story of a hotel that was clearly once the gem of Hammamet but with the passage of time has lost much of its sparkle; especially for the rate charged.
