So beautiful, Assisi the city is a magical place sooo beautiful I loved all of it . Definitely we will come back!!!!!

I had an amazing time, they were kind and generous and very understanding! I decided to get another night because they were great and i felt at home there!

Great location, good condition of the property, the only big problem that you can not travel with big luggage, the B&B got a narrow and spiral staircase which make difficult to go up and down with large luggage. But the place is nice and clean.Attention to arrival time, if after 07:00pm you must inform the place. There is no reception.

This was a really nice b&b, close to the centre of Assisi. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was great. The rooms were on top floor up a tight staircase, so if you have mobility problems could be an issue. For us not a problem. We were able to leave bags at b&b while we explored Assisi, which was great. I would stay at this b&b again.

Extremely convenient to San Francesco Basilica. The owners, who have a shop below the B&B, are overwhelmingly friendly: they provided early breakfast during our stay (left it in the dining area refrigerator for our convenience) and were helpful throughout. They even carried most of our luggage up the small spiral staircase leading to the rooms! Located in the old part of Assisi, this B&B is close to everything and is an absolute jewel.

The spiral staircase is quite difficult to climb up and move if you take a big luggage with you !!!

Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Take note that access requires hauling your luggage up a fairly narrow spiral staircase, so would not be a good choice for someone with a disability. Our host was lovely but does not speak much English. Since we speak almost no Italian communication was done mostly by smiling and pointing. Great location for walking access to the town's highlight attractions.

We arrived at 7:30 pm and tried the bell for over 30 minutes before going down the street to another hotel to learn that at many small hotels the staff leaves by 7pm. We got the number and phoned the owner who had everything set up for us and provided the code needed to enter and directions to find our room. Room, breakfast service and location are nice. Discovered later an email was sent between 5 and 6 pm that day to ask our arrival time. Wish that was sent a day or two before the stay do We could have responded. Or wish a message on the door had the phone number to call for code to enter.

Buon giorno e la prima volta che soggiorno in un b&b e stata una bella esperienza la.signora e molto cortese e la stanza molto accogliente e pulita. Bagno pulito e cazione ottima con delle buonissime crostate fatte in casa.

Accommodatie ligt aan de hoofdstraat van Assisi en vlak bij de grote kerk van San Francisco. Mooie slaapkamer, lounge en ontbijtkamer. Heerlijk ontbijt op een vaste tijd. De trap naar de verdiepingen is een draaitrap waarbij de ruimte beperkt is.

Excelente ubicación. Excelente desayuno. Muy linda habitación con excelente cama.

숙소자체는 최악이었음. 좁은 방에 눅눅한 이불에 화장실도 두층 아래에 따로 있음. 연락했을때 예약 사실을 알지 못했고 그래서 방이 없어 근처에 주인이 운영하는 다른 B&B에서 묵음. 그나마 반반이라 적은 이유는 예약이 잘못된 이유가 호텔스닷컴이 원인인지 숙소 주인이 잘못인지 모르고, 서비스는 괜찮았으며 다른 방을 지나가다 얼핏 보니 화장실도 같이 있으며 나쁘지 않아 보였기 때문.

ホテルの１階は、宿主さん経営のかわいらく、品のいいグッズショップでした。客室、食堂は３階で、狭いらせん階段をあがりますので、大きなスーツケースを持って上がるのは、少し苦労します。ホテル内は、宿主さんの趣味の飾りがたくさんあり、かわいらしく、友達の家にお邪魔するような、ほっとする感じがしました。シャワーの水量が少ないのは仕方がないですが、ちゃんとしたお湯ですし、バスタオルやアメニティーも充分に用意して頂いていました。食堂スペースには、ソファーもあり、もう一部屋の宿泊客の方と共有ですが、くつろげるスペースです。

The B&B is very nice and the staff is very frienly and helpful. We had a need to get a package later to Finland and they very kindly agreed to send it as a post package to us after a month. We had a large and clean room. The breakfast was very nice.

Absolutamente excelente, sólo deben considerar quienes vayan con mucho equipaje que hay una escalera caracol al 2do piso y eso puede incomodar un poco, por lo demás, excelente!!
