You couldn’t purchase a cup of tea the pool area was closed so no outside space to sit . Very central no fresh fruit for breakfast over priced

This hotel is underrated in many ways. The rooms are completely renovated, and I actually love how they preserve the "classic" style of a hotel in many ways when it comes to cleaning (not like those that pretend to be ecological just to save a buck). The pictures on this listing should be updated as it's much better than depicted here. Also, as the reviews so say, the staff in the hotel is great.

The air conditioner never cooled to make the room comfortable.

Centre of town perfect location

Lovely hotel clean tidy shower nice . Breakfast 20 euros too expensive for my pocket . You can lot of noise from outside cars and motorcycles exhaust to loud . Nice garage to park motorcycle at a cost of 20 euros a night but worth that for piece of mind staff friendly. The rendering outside on level 4 needs to be addressed as it’s not safe !

Walking distance to all amenities, shops cafes restaurants, especially the beach to see great views of sunrise and sunset

Hotel was convenient to walk from the bus station in Torrevieja if you were flying into Alicante Airport with a destination of Torrevieja. Beach was close by. Room has no kettle. Pillow could be upgraded. Room was very quiet

No bar in hotel - it would be nice to have one

A 3 day stay and the pool area was not open on the 3rd day , no sign to say it’s the end of season , there was a bar but also not open throughout the 3 days but full of dirty glasses on the side

The hotel was good but average facilities

Shower was excellent, staff were great, pity the bar was not open but there was a bar in the pool area open til 8. Short walk to beach and restaurants etc. Bit noisy in the front of the hotel at night as the dustbin men seem to come to empty bins several times in the middle of the night. Otherwise great location, nice clean hotel with lovely staff.

All staff we encountered at the hotel (reception, restaurant and cleaning) were very helpful and polite. To improve the rating of the hotel i would suggest new showers and new air conditioning (stayed in room 714)

My stay was sufficient for what I needed , breakfast was good , hotel clean & friendly.

Thin walls, no door to bathroom.

The hotel is central so very convenient as a base to explore from.Room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable.

I want to thank the stuff, so so frendly and helpful. The pool is very good and breakfast is delicious.
