Whenever I'm in Manila, I always stay at this hotel.

Late check out for 2 hours cost nearly as day cost

After a 29 days of stay in the hotel for late check out they ask me to pay 1800 pesos, it's a shame to ask for 3 hours late check out after so long stay that cost 😡

Excellent location, spacious and clean room!

Poor service. Elevator bad. Customer service poor and when you call for thing you wait forever and no one show up and now I had a dirty cloths still the room service never show up.

The hotel is perfect for any type of occassion. Keep it up.

I booked 2 rooms for the family. It's great that we got adjacent rooms with my children. We just noticed that the aircon was noisy. Maybe a thorough check up and maintenance is needed.

Great location. But still using windows unit air-con... quite noisy... And the water pressure is low

The location is very convenient to mall and restaurants which are open 24 hours.
