Clean and comfortable with a great little porch with chairs , comfy king bed and a 4 chair kitchen table. We had a small issue with the TV remote that was quickly resolved. Great relaxing pool area with newer lounge chairs. Almost all condos overlook the pool. Check in hostess and PM Alexandria was terrific and even helped us with a Lavanderia and golf cart rental.

We stayed here again after coming two years ago. There is so much potential for this property to be a reliable place to stay, and while some things were better there are some things that arent as good.

Love the easy access to the unit,plenty of parking space,unit very clean.

If you plan on NOT being in the unit very much, it's fine. The bare minimum of bare minimum. Nothing was bad, just wasn't good either. Honestly felt more like motel than a condo unit.

Overall great place to stay.

They seemed to be in the process of doing some repairs on the outside of the building. It was kinda noisy during the day, but nothing too obnoxious. The worst part of the stay was how uncomfortable the beds were. They also have some pretty strict rules about not being in the common areas after 8pm. I wouldn’t choose this property again.

The property was suitable for sleeping and luckily that is all we intended to use it for. There were many things "out of order" like the outlet in the bathroom and the holes in the wall where a TV and cables were removed. The windows didn't lock and some other deferred maintenance. The pool always looked clean but we didn't use it. We didn't see anyone else in the pool either. There is no front desk or really a presence of employees at any time other than every other day towel service. All of the activities listed as "on site" really are more "in the town" of Puerto Aventuras and not specifically at or for the hotel. It has potential, but the feel is more like a condo building that has been deserted and new ownership may be trying to turn it into more of a rental opportunity. Not a bad place but not everything that is advertised.

Very welcoming, clean lovely place. The people that manage it and do the cleaning made us feel like family. Wonderful place to stay.

We had no hot water in the apartment we were originally given, but we were able to switch to a room that did have hot water. The manager, Oscar, was prompt, friendly, and effective in helping us with any problems we had with the room.

Everything was fine. Manager was very accommodating.

Overall a economical holiday, needs more stuff in Kitchen, Pool Towels would be nice, WIFI not available by pool unless asked.

I think the management does very little to welcome you. Practically you are on your own. They limit their job to open the door to let you in and that's about it. There is ZERO communication. In the room they don't even provide a A BOTTLE OF WATER! at 30C degrees!! and of course tap water isn't drinkable. Arriving at 9pm from a long journey and not offering even water?Forget about sugar or coffee or anything else. Luckly they provide toilet paper at least. Nothing else. I must say it is very very clean. Cleaners deserve all the credit. Location is very good too and the common areas are generally well kept. Our room's furniture was very old and tired, only one lamp. one tiny mirror in bathroom, toilet was problematic. It was just a bare room to sleep. Terrible, terrible lighting. Price is not good value.

Clean, convenient, walkable to restaurants and shopping. No AC but it was January so it was fine. I would recommend.
