Perfect stay for a group of 10 of us. Ideal location for ABBA Voyage. Hotel really clean and rooms spacious. The only let down was I called ahead for one room to be ready so we could get change before but there wasn’t one ready so we had to change in the toilets!

All round great experience, only thing I would recommend is supplying face cloths! I was told in England we don’t supply face cloths…

Wonderful staff! Extremely helpful and accommodating as my group of 16 individuals, 9 rooms, arrived early. Chaye, Joshua, and a few others whose names slip my memory really were helpful for my group. I will stay there again!

KEY TAKEAWAY (if you wish to avoid reading the whole review) - try to ascertain before booking, or at reception, if your deluxe room or suite has connecting doors. (Connecting doors=noise leakage). I have stayed at Hyatt Regency ca. 5 times, but this was my first experience at Hyatt House (the difference between the Regency and House being the latter is semi-self-catering). I had a mini-suite. To my instant and initial alarm, I noticed my room had a connecting door to the adjacent suite. I had horrendous problems at the nearby Hilton in 2024 as ALL their suites have connecting doors and I had to change rooms twice. Fortunately, no noise issues arose, but DOUBLE-CHECK IF YOUR ROOM/SUITE HAS CONNECTING DOORS. The pictures on the website are ambiguous - some deluxe rooms have/don't have. I do not know if all suites have connecting doors - this would be a bizarre design policy, but connecting doors mean significant noise leakage so it's a kind of 'Russian Roulette' as to whom you have as a fellow guest next door. The suite was fine and comfortable. However, there were no cushions for the sofa or desk chair and I had to go to Marks & Spencer to buy two at £17.50 each. Strangely, whilst Hyatt Regency rooms mean you usually have to pay for breakfast separately or as an add-on, in Hyatt House rooms it is included. This does make the House option somewhat more budget-friendly. The breakfast was fine and the service efficient. Gym - fairly basic equipment but on top floor.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well appointed hotel. Would recommend to any travellers to Stratford.

Great stay in Hyatt House in one of the one bedroom suites. Pet friendly. Well worth having the extra space. Kitchen had all that you need but tons of amenities on site. Staff excellent. Breakfast was good too. Would recommend and visit again.

Fantastic location if you’re going to the London Stadium. Staff are outstanding, from reception through to the restaurant/bar staff. The breakfast was superb, can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great hotel, perfectly located for shops and ABBA Voyage. Rooms spacious and the building well maintained. Reception check in was also easy and welcoming.

We were able to check in a bit early which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities were convenient. Breakfast buffet was excellent - nice variety and good food.

I was a late arrival and was told I was technically a no show, wasn’t the best welcome! The room itself was tired and well below my expectations. See pictures. Urine stains up the walls, worn out trims etc. Way below what I expect from Hyatt.
