The hotel is an all inclusive with consistently good food and lots of variety. It's location is also excellent with views to the water. All staff were friendly, kind, and hard-working.

Everything about the area and hotel was amazing but the real stand-out areas have to be the staff and the food. The staff are truly wonderful. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming, from room maintenence to front of house to pool security to bar staff. Eveyone. Then the food!!!!! Such choice and quality is a real plus point. I cleared my plate every day. Highly recommended.

Hotel was brilliant, it’s in a mainly German tourist area, but that wasn’t a problem. Party area, but didn’t hear anything. Early morning walks were interesting seeing the aftermath of the Germans night out.

Friday night club on beach noisy till 5am

Great staff!! Food was good and great location right in front of the beach! Lots of restaurants and shops around !!

The hotel is in front of the beach and is halfboard. There dinner menu changes everyday and has many option. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located next to a very noisy street and they are unable to control the noise outside, therefore if you are on the wrong side of the hotel you will experience very uncomfortable amounts of noise all night long. There is no way to know this until you’ve arrived at your room. Some parts face quiet sections.

The hotel receptionist where very friendly the food variety was 10/10 beach near by this hotel would of been better in summer however the rooms are very small and the rooms no slippers , bath robes nothing was provided for a 4* hotel I was expecting it to be abit better but over all I would rate it 7/10

Great hotel at a great value - clean and comfortable rooms with great views, good selection on the breakfast and dinner buffet and ideal location right across the way from the beach. One thing to note is that the area primarily draws German tourists and is surrounded by German restaurants and nightclubs - which means for those travelling from other countries and looking for more traditional Spanish food and fare, you have to travel into town and away from the hotel.

Had a nice stay in December. Most other people staying were older or eldery and the spa is cold and temperature cannot be adjusted. Good location easy access with buses not far from town. Overall good stay.

A room was booked for 1 night overlooking the sea for $ 250. Gave a room on the 1st floor below the cafe level! They refused to change. Safe for money. The restaurant staff at 2 meters from the table made a collection of dirty dishes. The key to the room is usually ancient with a key ring. Reception staff who worked on 06/30/2019 rating 1. The worst service for the entire stay.

Charming reception staff. Well-appointed room, comfortable bed. Some noise at night as the walls are a little thin. It is a resort hotel and thus breakfast is more canteen than restaurant. But overall, for the type of hotel, it was good.
