The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and always accompanied by a smile. It was a very comfortable stay, and if I go to Vietnam again, I'll definitely stay here. The location is also strategic, right in front of Banh Mi 25 and Hanoi Night Market. It's also close to convenience stores like Circle K and GS25.

We had a wonderful stay at Classy Boutique Hotel Hanoi. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the lake, cafes, restaurants, and local shops all within walking distance. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or arrangements. Their hospitality really made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a charming boutique feel.

Everyone was great, especially Lola, who was very helpful with travel recommendations. The other staff—Alice, Toni, and Tuan—were all very helpful.
