Our stay here was very pleasant, the hotel and rooms were clean. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately, we only booked for one night. When we wanted to add another night, the rooms were all full. We'll probably stay at this hotel again if we go to Hanoi again.

It was a pleasure staying here. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very friendly service, it's close to shopping centers, and there are several halal restaurants nearby.
