All the staff were very friendly and spoke good English, especially Alice and Christina. They were very helpful. If I ever return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again. Amazing service. Jenny and Ryan at the front desk had taken care of me so well. I can't find any reason to complain. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to them. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and treated me so well throughout my visit. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and they even opened the door for us to get to Grab. They all speak English fluently, so it was a great experience.

The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel has a central location, convenient for getting around and exploring the old town. A drawback is the poor soundproofing in the rooms, meaning conversations in the adjacent rooms are easily disturbed, especially at night.
