The location is close to everywhere, but the room is a bit small, especially if you add an extra bed.

I live in Saigon, and every time I go to Hanoi, I'm most worried about the service there. But this time, I accidentally booked a hotel that I absolutely loved. All the staff were enthusiastic, friendly, polite, and considerate of the guests. The room wasn't huge, but it was just right. The mattress was comfortable. I slept well. The only downside was that the bed linens hadn't been changed in a while, so they had a slight old fabric smell. Partly because my nose is too sensitive. And the hairdryer was a bit weak. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fantastic. The water pressure was strong, making for a great shower 😄.

It’s a very nice and comfy hotel. We needed to go to Halong Bay in the morning, and they prepared our breakfast before their breakfast schedule. So thoughtful! They also gave us some boiled eggs to go.
