Very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the mini-kitchen in the studio. The shower head was amazing (rain-type). The only problem we had was an odd, pervasive, pungent smell coming from under the sink in the kitchen. We had to keep the windows open when we were in the room because the smell bothered me so much.

Good communication , good sized room , clean and quiet, good location near Hyde park, tube stations and restaurants.

Loved the property so much. The kitchette was a game changer. The area was perfect for trip. Only downfall was the bed was the worst, very very firm.

I like everything except that the kitchen is too tight the one can easily hit her head on the cupboards on the wall if you not very careful.

This was our 2nd time at this property.The office personnel is so friendly and helpful. We love staying here. Its close to the tube, bus, bikes and railway. The cleaning person is amazing and always helpful. Can't wait to go back next year

Nice self contained room , clean and fairly spacious. Peaceful and close to queensway and bayswater tube stations. Friendly housekeeping staff.

We loved the apartment and enjoyed our 4 night stay there overall. Location is perfect, just a walking distance to underground stations and bodega. We had the lower floor room overlooking the front terrace and perfect for 2 people. The only thing we were uncomfortable with was the smell of the room. We weren’t sure where it came from because the smell was there from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. everyday we had to use a room spray that my friend bought to make it less uncomfortable, turned on the ventilator in the kitchen when we were in the apartment, and even opened the window. We hardly use the kitchen as we were always out exploring London and only come back till late, but the bad odour was always there and we just ran out of ideas how to get rid of it. But other than that, our stay was nearly perfect.

Kitchen area was next the bed, which was not ideal, and the flat was quite noisy from other people above me. I love the heated bathroom floor and towel rack though :)

The apartment was very stylish, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all basic equipment, including a corkscrew if that's a priority! Lovely hot walk-in shower too. We didn't see any staff during our 5 day stay and our apartment wasn't serviced in that time but we appreciated the privacy. We were in a location close to Paddington and ideal to get to Hyde Park and the museums in Kensington. The nearest tube was a few minutes walk away. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The apartment is located in a lovely location - 2 min walk from Bayswater tube station and about 6min walk from Queensway. The area is overall nice - there are loads of restaurants on the ”main” road and the apartment was really easy to find. Also walking distance to Notting Hill / Portobello road. I stayed in one bedroom apartment on the top floor. There are no lifts - but as i was only travelling with hand luggage it did not matter. The apartment itself was really pretty, modern and clean - just how i like it. I cant think of anything bad to say about my stay. Also eventhough there is not a reception desk the staff was very helpful - only a phonecall/email away. When you make a reservation you’ll get very easy instruction on how to get in. No problem with that! Eventhough i dont usually spent that much time on the apartments where i stay as i’m always exploring the city during daytime but i still want them to be clean, located in a good/easy location and to feel like i am almost at home. And this apartment ticked all of my boxes.

Very nice apartment in excellent order. Easy check in process using good instructions. Well located a short walk from the underground. Had everything you could need although some small milks would enhance the stay.

Internet is too bad phone bars very low can’t event talk in the room have to go outside this is ridiculous bathroom door is not closing and every body can see inside the room trough the window as I’m staying on the ground floor next to entrance and people is going in and out slamming the outdoor 24/7. I couldn’t even sleep in the night and call them for the issue. And they don’t care. Saying sorry for the inconvenience. This is ridiculous completely unprofessional. If you can’t do this job don’t do it will never come back. You will regret it ( some people smoking weed in front of the apartment

Had a really amazing experience at this apartment! Looked to be newly renovated and extremely clean and modern. Quick and helpful response when we emailed with questions. This apartment was in a great location as it is a 5 minute walk to 2 different tube stations, and bus stops about a 5 minute walk away as well. There is a Tesco nearby as well as multiple shops and restaurants. Overall we had a great experience here and would definitely stay here again!!

No reception, but check in process was clear and simple. Room was a good size, with a pleasant, private outdoor patio area. Room had everything you would expect, all new in excellent condition. Bed and linen clean and comfy. Shower excellent. Will definitely book again - at the price point I paid.

Stair very narrow .and under construction.hallway very hot. I never have hotel like that.they give you one small soap and body wash small tub.for four day to use .no clean up if over one week stay. No receiption can help. They show the picture is wrong .terrible my experience . I tell everyone don't booking this what terrace .

Walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway Metro. Big Tesco nearby and lots of halal eateries. Cooking utensils provided to cook. Easy self check in/out procedures. Fast response for any queries. Nice room and bed. Washer/Dryer easy to use. If possible to request first level rooms. No stairs to climb.
