Everything was sufficient for our stay. Cute boutique hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms were clean, although a little tired and in need of an update.

Ideal location for the centre of Reims. Perfect one night stop over en route to the Euro tunnel.

Do not stay here. The photo online was deceptive! The room was totally unacceptable. The hotel was set back between 2 buildings. The desk clerk referred us to a sister hotel when we refused the room. It was BAD!

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for everything. Our room was cleaned daily and although not the biggest we have stayed in was fine, only downside would be no air conditioning but a powerful fan was supplied. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The price was not value. A triple room, which could hardly fit two persons. Sticky and very hot atmosphere with no air conditioning or air circulation system. No extractor in the bath either. One had to open the window giving straight access from the roof to the room - very risky, but no chance to get some fresh air. Service was helpful with a dehydrator, bur room overall very disappointing for that price range. OK 3-star, but that room is not suitable for 3 persons.

Not expensive so don't expect frills or a big room or air conditioning - but it is good value for money. Great central location yet set behind the main drag in Reims so quieter as a result. Very friendly staff.

The hotel has historic charm--like the quaint lift. It is in a great location in Reims on a lively pedestrian street close to sights and connections. It is across the street from an underground city parking service. There are a variety of restaurants for all budgets in the area (but make reservations for the better ones). The breakfast is good if you want something substantial, otherwise there are a couple coffee shops down the block. We stayed in November and it was quiet. Some may find the old hotel a bit cramped a worn here and there, but the TV and plumbing worked well and the beds were comfortable.

Hotel Crystal is a quiet haven only five minutes walk from the train station. The property is very clean and I love the terrace in front. The staff is wonderful, and I recommend the breakfast! Thanks for a great stay in Reims!

Nice hotel in a really good position with a street full of restaurants outside and it looks decent. Polite staff, decent breakfast and we enjoyed our stay. Parking - nightmare. You have to park in the public car park which is underground so you've got to lug your cases up a lot of steps before you get to reception

For one night or two the hotel is fine. It's extremely well located, clean and does the job. Paid underground parking out front (great for the hot summer months). It's a little dated, and didn't have any air con in the room, but what it lacked it made up for in price - we enjoyed a delicious meal on the same street with the money we saved by staying here. We were, however, awoken around 11pm by reception due to some administrative error.

The hotel is in a really good position next to an underground car park. The courtyard is a very picturesque place to sit out, and the dining room and reception areas have a very classic french hotel feel to them. The bathroom and shower were clean and recently refurbished. Unfortunately there was no hot water on the evening when we arrived. There was hot water in the morning

Had a great stay. Close to metro and great location by the Louve and shopping. Had extra pillows and a comfy bed. The staff was super helpful, the metro and bus stations went on strike half way through our stay (taxis almost impossible too) but the woman at the front desk was diligent and helped us with transport so we didn’t miss a thing. So grateful !

Very cute hotel in the centre of Reims just a couple minutes walk to the central train station. Awesome linens. Small but cute room and a very cute patio with flowers.

A lovely little hotel off the main street. Pretty basic, but has everything you need. Location is perfect as relatively quiet yet only 50m from one of the main streets with an easy walk to the Notre Dame, etc. and an underground (public) car park about 100m away. The courtyard is a lovely little gem. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
