Covveniently located right next to terminal 1. Staff were great and the next morning a free ride to terminal 2.

When we arrived this hotel, our room is not ready even though I t already passed check-in time, the front desk staff had no apologize no any willingness to solve the problem. Just told us sit there to Wait 40 minutes. This is not acceptable. We spend US$398 for one night, at least we should be able to check in at the time indicated on the reservation. We felt many steps at the front desk, but no leaders nobody can make a decision resolve problem quickly. But the airport shuttle pick up person is very helpful and friendly and on time.

Clean quiet and comfortable. Only negative was shower door couldn't close securely and water leaked into the bathroom floor

This hotel is pretty on the inside and it’s about the most convenient to the airport as I’ve ever seen- you can just walk directly into the airport through a skybridge. The rooms are fine, but the shower was merely a trickle, the air in the room was quite stale and had an odor, and we made the mistake of ordering some American food from room service that made us all feel ill- that’s really on us for making that mistake. Definitely convenient but wish the rooms felt a little more lux like the lobby implies.

It was a clean place to stay near the airport. A little sterile, but otherwise nice.

Fecal matter in the toilet. Pillow cases looked like they had been used. The newly renovated rooms are already looking like they need a refresh. The hotel is quiet and convenient and provides easy access to Terminal One. Way overpriced for what you get.

The room was clean but the water pressure in the shower was very soft and the sink drain was clogged.
