Very quiet, clean, and comfortable stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to visit the old town. The parking lot felt a bit open and could have used a bit more security, but overall, everything was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel next to the train station and right in the middle of the city. Good breakfast!

Bed comfortable and room clean. Ripped curtains, door frame broken, looks like someone forced it… we stayed in room 224.

Air conditioning didn’t work on our room. Staff quickly offered to change us to another room.

Great location but furnishings very shabby and not much hot water

We had payed for 2 adults and a child at 10 years old. There was no bed for the child and the receptionist said that the child could sleep in the bed with us. She said that it was Hotels.com that made and mistake and not the hotel- it was a vary bad experience

Area outside of the property looks super sketchy and run down but ill say its normal since the main train station is a short walk away and theres tons of foot traffic. This place has free parking which is obviously great! Here are some of the not so great things: the building faces the sun so it was super hot in our room, the AC unit does not do the bare minimum so we had to open up the window which if you're ok with outside noises you'll be good otherwise you'll have an uncomfortable night. The police station is right next door so be prepared for random loud sirens throughout the night (extra loud if the window is opened). The shades in the room are not the widest so don't expect a super dark room, it was super hard falling asleep since there was still tons of light out. The amenities are also not the greatest, they had a vending machine but it was out of order which sucked because the drinks at reception were more expensive. I dont think I would come back to stay here again.

Stayed on Easter, there were several cafes, and restaurants open within walking distance.

We stayed in the hotel two nights, the second time, in a few years. The room was very comfortable and large (we had the suite). The hotel is centrally located, right next to the central station and within walking distance from the center. There is free parking nearby. The price relative to the room we received was excellent.

It has a spa and sauna. It also had a small safe for personal use. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I are heat sensitive, and the AC on max provided little relief.

Room wasn’t cleaned; garbage bin was still full from previous guests and one of the bath towels had a massive hair ball attached to it. When we informed the front desk, we got a halfhearted „oh, that is bad“ and we were sent off. No real apology, no „can we help/do something for you“, nothing!

Property is nice inside and clean. Area around hotel is kind of random and sketchy people around the main train station.

Very friendly. When our TV did not work they quickly moved us to another room.

The hotel was great, nice rooms, great service, excellent breakfast!
