Great quick stay overnight to get to Machu Picchu Staffs re great and helpful.

Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux, aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil attentionné du propriétaire, qui nous attendait sous la pluie à notre arrivée et nous a accompagnés pour l’achat de billets pour le Machu Picchu, un geste très apprécié. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un bon emplacement. Nous disposions d’une grande chambre avec vue sur la rivière (actuellement en cours d’aménagement), ce qui était agréable. Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner manquait de variété et est resté identique durant notre séjour de trois jours (absence de fruits notamment). La salle de bain, ouverte sur l’extérieur, était assez froide, ce qui peut être inconfortable. Enfin, un léger rafraîchissement des installations permettrait d’améliorer encore l’expérience globale. Breakfast was good and it’s convenient that it begins so early! Good location on the river. No 24/7 coffee or tea is a downside. Also, it’s misleading I think in the ad that the hot springs are inclusive or at the property - this isn’t the case.

Only concern is room security, no locks in window and locker is very tiny ( anyone can easily take away)

Staff was friendly, room was clean. The breakfast was a good start for spending a day at Machu Pichu.

Well located on the central walkway and river but at the quieter upper end and near the bus station to Machu Picchu. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Best shower of our trip! Family of 4 with 12 and 17 year olds.

We only stayed one night. Room was a decent standard size. Our room faced the river so it was very relaxing during the night. Hotel is very basic. Breakfast is very limited but for one day stay, it was fine. When we arrived, it was raining hard so we had to walk a little distance to get to hotel. But overall, it was a good stay for one night.

EVERYTHING was great. Really friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, early breakfast (5:00am) and they even stored our bags all day while we went to Machu Piccu. Highly recommend!!

The location was good the condition of the property questionable. The water was out for most of the day, which happens they were undertaking repairs. The rooms had windows that opened directly into the hallway which is great if you are an exhibitionist

Terrazas del Inca has very convenient location to the bus station to Machu Picchu and restaurants/shopping. Breakfast starts at 5:30am and freshly cooked which is very considerate for early hikers and tourists for early entrance time. Room is clean and comfy.

The staff was very attentive. They had a nice Peruvian breakfast spread. I love the open air style of the main room and the decor was very nice. They even suggested a few good restaurants that we are going to go back to the next time in Aguas Caliente/Machu Pichu- and Terrazas del Inca will be our return stay. Thank you very much, Terrazas!

The bathroom caulk around the bathroom was covered with black mold, that's an easy fix.

I arrived late due to a mix-up with my train. I still paid for the reservation and kept the reservation. I notified the hotel ahead of time and confirmed my new arrival time with them. When I arrived, the receptionist refused to let me check in or have breakfast. As I tried to explain the situation again, he argued with me and tried to further prevent me from checking in. I was very disappointed by this interaction with the receptionist. The hotel and property were fine otherwise.
