Room was very clean and staff súper friendly and helpful, location is perfect close to tones of restaurants and shops, definitely coming back to this hotel

Staff was super welcoming and friendly. The welcome pisco sour was a nice touch! Breakfast was not great - very average in quality. Room is a bit dated.

Near center of city, staff was very helpful taking bags to room, arranged taxi for me, breakfast had a lot of selection, buffet long from 4:30 on.

Everyone was very helpful, took bags to my room, arranged AM taxi for me and gave me the cost.

Good hotel near the center of Cusco.

Great location only a block from the main square. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. You enter into the property and are instantly walking into a beautiful and peaceful courtyard which our room was accessed from. This property was built in the early 19th century as a wealthy Spanish family’s villa, so it has a lot of historical charm and is well maintained. The included breakfast was of high quality and lots of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Cusco.

Exceptional staff! So friendly, accommodating and so very helpful! The location of the hotel is perfect - close to shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
