Se encuentra en un lugar muy conveniente y fácil de llegar, es muy limpio y el personal muy amable en todo momento.

Close to everything. Restaurants, casinos, bars, beach, stores. What ever you were looking for was next to you.

Nice place

Room 209 was a terrible experience. The shower leaks, and water actually started seeping up through the floor. To make matters worse, we found a poodle in the room when we arrived. We informed the front desk, and a manager came to inspect the water, asking if we had spilled anything ourselves, clearly not the case. The room was dirty, smelled of mold, and the furniture was falling apart. They also overcharged my credit card $167 instead of the $107 I had paid through Expedia. Although they did issue a refund after I pointed it out, it felt dishonest and makes me wonder how often this happens. If you’re paying at the hotel, double-check your charges. I can’t recommend this place, and I truly don’t understand how it qualifies as a 3-star hotel.

This property was a quick fix for another property. We were supposed to stay at that had safety and health concerns. It was OK.

Beach access was not available like advertised, we had to walk out from the hotel into the street to walk down the beach

Comfortable and convenient!

The property is dated and could use some renovations but within walking distance of dining and shopping. No swimmable beach but a nice clean pool area. Staff was excellent even with our limited Spanish. Room and breakfast area were clean and comfortable. We had a car but could see that taxi and bus service was close by.

Staff was friendly but not what I expected on hotel. More like just for business reasons not a tourist area

The pool was clean

The mattresses are rock hard. The rooms could use a renovation. Daily there was a sewer smell in the bathroom/room. The breakfast wasn’t great. The coffee was good though.

The hotel beets maintenance. A lot of broken things. Holes in the wardrobes. It looks like a very old place. In the gym the AC doesn’t work, it got super hot. Just lack of supervision.

Good location handy to the beach and many restaurants and shopping. Super clean and the staff were great. The only problem with our stay was the children running in the halls and making noise..and Im talking about midnight-1 a.m.
