I booked and paid for a 2 bed terrace room in February through Hotels.com. When I arrived I was given a king bed terrace room. When I asked to be moved to the room that I booked, but was told none were available. I was offered a 2 twin bed room without a terrace for an additional charge. I spent over 2 hours communicating with Hotels.com and the front desk staff before the issue was resolved and I was given a two twin bed room without an additional charge. Very frustrating!

My wife and I only stayed one night and found the hotel was ideal for catching the train to our onward destination. Great location right next to the Arenas de Barcelona. Our room was nice and clean.

Super clean room and great staff

I’m not quite sure where this hotel gets the rating of 4.5 stars. Staff seemed uninterested and the room was abysmal. Air conditioning did not work whatsoever and despite being able to crack the terrace door open the room remained incredibly hot and difficult to sleep in. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and stiff. I am not picky when it comes to mattresses but this one was truly painful to sleep on. There is also a sewage stench outside of the hotel that often is the first thing you smell when you walk outside, occasionally you can smell it in the hotel. Overall, this is definitely not what I anticipated based off my research beforehand.

I loved my stay at Ofelias Hotel. As a single traveler this hotel was safe and convenient to public transportation, restaurants, and historical places to visit. The staff was very helpful and finding things to do around Barcelona.

Our 2nd stay at Ofelias. We decided to book a room without the terrace this time due to the time of year we were visiting. Room was great and all the staff we saw were helpful and friendly. Too cold to use the pool this time. Great location for visiting the city.

Great hotel a little further out but on the metro so it was easy to get around town. Room and facilities were very clean and modern. Used the small rooftop patio and pool after a hot day in the sun, very nice. Recommend for quality as well as value.

Room was dusty and smelly. Room and corridors felt dated. Not a 5* hotel.

Convenient for Metro and trains. Good selection of reataurants and shops nearby.

When i booked ,i requested with breakfast, when arrived said no breakfast. Hous keeping no good, one day coffee missing, one day no sugar Front desck ,not so great, There is a bottle of wine in lobby, never offered us, so we didn't thouch it as arefreshment. May it was for netters. Anyway we stayed in two other hotels during our recent visit.and this hotel didn't worth $350 /nt. I'm planning to report to my credit card, to and tell them how i was dupped.

We liked our stay at the Ofelias Hotel, everything was clean and well kept. there was enough resteraunts and shopping in the area to keep us happy.
