They need more good options, mood enough lounge chairs

Staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, more than willing to accomodate dietary restrictions and other requests. Room 527 had some issues: Bathroom was a little run-down due to poor ventilation (paint peeling off the door, etc) and the sink drain stopper was stuck. The food quality could be improved. The other restaurants aside from the buffet provide some nice variety, but require a reservation. For some reason, zucchini is served at every meal, regardless of which restaurant you go to - some variety would be appreciated. Bartenders were all extremely skilled and generous. Happy to accomodate different drink requests. Events staff were energetic and good at hyping the crowd up.

The entertainment was phenomenal!

Rooms where okay a little outdated but not too bad. Hotel only had 3 restaurants and it was difficult to make a reservation. Food was average.

I absolutely loved this resort! The food options in the speciality restaurant were very good but the buffet lacked. Lorenzo was the best waiter we had, so fun, playful and provided great service! The resort did go above and beyond for my birthday there was a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries in my room and they sang happy birthday to me at the restaurant! I will definitely be back soon!

Wish there were hot tubs for late night pool dipping

When we first checked in the bathroom was nir cleaned. After notifying staff, they cleaned the bathroom. Overall the facilities were good. Staff was great and the food was amazing!

I liked the amenities, the restaurants, and the pools. Staff was both friendly and one security guard was rude but otherwise everyone was genial.

It was pretty much like all other all inclusive resorts except times 2.

I was skeptical staying here because of some reviews i read about this place being boring and how small it is. My opinion, i had a great time. It was a relaxing vacation. No one bothered us. It isnt really a party place but there is a guy to offer you places to go at night (safely of course) but me and my husband just realxed, did full body massages (great massages! We did them twice), enjoyed the service in the pool area (i forgot his name but he was fantastic!) The food wasnt bad but would recommend trying out the restaurants they have. The only complaint i have, during buffet no one serviced us for drinks. Im a coffee person but got no coffee, was tempted to pour myself but my husband convinced me to grab an espresso martini by the pool side haha, thanks Sandos

Will visit again in the future

The property is small. The restaurants are above average but nothing spectacular. Loved how the kept the pools heated. The spa/massage treatments were pretty good but got a better massage and price right across the street. Biggest complaint was that i was not upgraded to a better suite as an expedia platinum member even though before arriving at the hotel i verified on expedia that there were better rooms available. They said they could not upgrade me unless I paid the difference in price for the room.

Great stay. Food was good, Buffett could’ve had a few more choices but it was good. Everything was incredibly clean, loved the room. Only thing I would suggest is umbrellas with the chairs on the beach. It was impossible to sit out there with no coverage until sunset.

The linen needs to be updated badly

Resort appeared to be very run down. Both my wife and myself got incredibly sick while eating the food. We have vacationed to mexico numerous times and this was the first time we both got sick. Had to book reservations at the japanese and Italian restaurants days ahead of time (which is normal), but when we showed up, both nights our reservations were not on the list, so thankfully we kept the paperwork from when we booked in, or we would have missed out. The beach was covered in kelp and gross, no effort was put in make it more user friendly. We opted for Room service a few nights and was quoted a half hour wait time, but after two hours, the food still had not shown up. They also have construction blocking off half the property, so be prepared for noise and an annoying atmosphere.

My mom and I came to celebrate her birthday, as soon as we arrived at the hotel , check in was quick, and we had to pay a small environmental fee of $14. The food was really really great, and so were the drinks. All of the staff are AMAZING, very attentive, and cater to everyone in a timeline manner. I definitely recommend. We also did the spa and we loved it ! If you are looking for a couples getaway this is the resort for you, as this is the crowd that I mostly noticed but if you are in your early 20’s and looking for a turn up this might not be the resort for you but overall, it was worth every penny.

Close to attractions and town.

It’s a small hotel but clean and friendly staff. Great if you want to relax. Good food and drinks
