I've stayed here twice, but unfortunately, this time, something went missing and I only realized it when I was about to leave Indonesia. The front office staff and security guards are friendly and helpful, but the cleaning service isn't great. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

Strategic location, varied and delicious food, large and comfortable rooms (according to price). Many rooms available (traveling with 16 people). Just improve the cleanliness of the room (repaint the walls, so they are not damp). If you go to Bangkok, you want to stay here again.

My god, the room is dirty and smelly. The location is bad as well. Don't stay here, save yourself.

Check-in was fast, no deposit. Staff even helped me because I booked the wrong bed for my room. Room cleanliness was okay, there's a hairdryer, shower a little bit cramped. Have a deposit box, AC was cold.

in the first room there were lots of cockroaches, moved to a room with lots of bed bugs then moved again to a scary room at the end. the worst hotel I have ever chosen. will never come here again.

The location is great. We got access to most of the sightseeing areas or public transportation. The room itself wasn't that great. The hotel doesn't have slippers in the room. The bathroom wasn't clean, everything is old and not maintained. The air conditioner makes loud fan noise and isn't easy to control, too hot or too cold which makes it difficult to sleep. The staff is quite friendly and good with English.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean room, has a small balcony for smoking, the surrounding area has many foods and massage parlors, I try a different massage parlor every day.
