Hotel overall was clean, safe and quiet. Ample amount of room. Staff was nice and hospitable. Definitely recommend.

There was not one moment that I did not feel heard and catered to. The staff at this hotel was amazing and vey helpful.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY VERY SECURE CLEAN AND NICE ALL

Very nice hotel with a good restaurant for breakfast. My only complaint was that the room smelled heavily of the cleaning solution they used, so it was a very stron not pleasant smell. The room was large & te bed was very comfortable. I would stay again.

I visited Tlaxcala as a business trip, that finished being a very rich cultural experience due to the many options that the city offered. I booked this hotel based on proximity to my meeting place, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic condition, cleanliness, service and friendly staff. It's a very well appointed hotel, in the middle of all the action and with helpful, caring and warm staff. Definitely I will book again there if I need to go back, or decide to bring my family for holidays.

Clean, comfortable bed. Not furnished well enough- counter top small, no place for luggage, personal items, bags.

This was my second time that stay at this hotel. Unfortunately looks like the owners are not investing anymore in it and letting it down.

Very satisfied. It is 30 min walk from the centre but we loved walking so that was ok.

I visit Mexico for business frequently. This was the most comfortable hotel I have stayed at in years.

Habitación impecable, ubicación excelente cerca del centro de Tlaxcala y un personal verdaderamente amable. Una estancia muy recomendable.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal atento y dispuestos a resolver cualquier petición. El hotel muy limpio y en orden. La comida deliciosa. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia y todo estuvo perfecto. El único detalle que no me agrado es que no pude usar la alberca el domingo que tienen buffet porque en el área de alberca ponen mesas. Yo pediría que usen su salón de eventos para ampliar el área de restaurante para su buffet.
