I have stayed here on many occasions and it always pleases. Clean, comfortable and close to all types of dining and shopping.

Impressed by this hotel. Everything appears to be recently refurbished and is tasteful, comfortable and clean. We selected a Queen sized bedroom with a sofa so room was really spacious. Room 330. Hotel is an easy walk to the old town and less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. Would recommend to all

So close to train station and old town. Staff very helpful. Great to have a laundry. Would certainly stay here again.

Check in was quick and room was pleasant and comfortable. Location is convenient for shopping and pay public parking located on site.

Good hotel. We had a suite with living area, so it was nice to have additional room. Nice air conditioning however, the unit in the living room wasn't as good as the one in the bedroom. Breakfast was good and you could sit on the balcony and eat. Even though the hotel is fully non-smoking, one morning a guest was smoking on the balcony when we where eating breakfast. He knew he shouldn't be smoking as he was hiding it, but very annoying when trying to enjoy breakfast with an inconsiderate guest at the next table. Car parking under hotel with a reduced cost. 10 min walk into the Old Town area of Bamberg across the bridge.

I had a great stay again at the Best Western Hotel in Bamberg. I stayed there last year and I will stay with them on every visit to Bamberg.

I loved the overall service and the qelcoming nature of everybody. I will surely comeback !

Hotel was conveniently located within short walking distances to city center.

Bamberg is a very special place small city has a lot to offer great for walking and getting a bite to eat.
