The hotel is in a very central location, within walking distance of most of Madrid's major attractions. You can even walk to Atocha train station (10-15 minutes). Breakfast is served at a small café next to the hotel and offers a good variety. The room has a refrigerator and kettle; it's not a very large room, but it's adequate and clean. Considering the price, I think it's a very, very good hotel; I recommend it.

Very good hotel, clean, room was big enougj for 2 persons. Top location, we didn't need to use any public transport. Great breakfast of quality products including fresh mango and avocado. Highly recommended!

The room was very nice, clean and quite big. The soundproofing clearly does something, but on Friday night it could do nothing against the sounds of people coming back late and showering, nor the honking cars in the street. 😅 What annoyed us was a green lamp just at the door of the room which made it hard to sleep - I guess it's for the emergency exit but it's way too bright. If you do not want to walk stairs, not the best hotel. Reception is on the 2nd floor and the hotel rooms start on floor 3, we were on floor 5. They do not want you to take the elevator down so at least downstairs you'll be walking a lot... The location is great. Honestly, we went almost everywhere on foot. The people at the reception could have been nicer, they seem super annoyed with you or bored at best. You have to ask every single info yourself (like how to open the door downstairs at night) and they have maps but don't even mark for you where the hotel is. Similarly at the breakfast, they do not seem so happy to see you and the choices are not that great, you even pay extra for coffee (there is filter coffee that is half cold) .

Great location in the center of Madrid, walking distance to major attractions and metro lines. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with AC, a mini fridge, and a safe. Check-in was smooth and online, and we could leave our luggage before and after our stay. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants were very convenient. Some small downsides: only one small trash can, soft beds (we prefer firmer ones), occasional humidity when AC was off, and the shower gel could be better. Overall, these were minor issues and we were very happy with our stay. Perfect choice for a first visit to Madrid-would stay again!

We had breakfast early in the morning (place next door) and there were many choices available and tasty too. Clean and comfortable to enjoy with the family.
