Once inside the room I was shocked to see the dirty bed linen, the door to the room was broken (almost all of the rooms I just asked), no soap and shampoo, the receptionist was not friendly anyway. Complete severity. Not recommended!

I checked in on 20/12 2019 in room 116. The first day the room key was broken and every time I open the door I have to ask a security guard or receptionist to open the door n the air conditioner is broken, every 8 hours stops by itself (not a timer), and when the day the 2nd AC is getting worse, every 1 hour stops by itself until finally lack of sleep. Day 3 I complained and was moved to Room 111 (There was already an empty room), this time the toilet room key was broken. For this year and maybe a few months ahead there will still be noise in the morning at 08channel TV there are only 3 (three) Channels only. For the location is indeed strategic, that's the only positive value. thanks.

Service is very bad. No professional hotel. the reception lady name is Lisa. She is not nice and very mean. I check in and they give dirty room..the room is not service room yet. And I don't want to stay in that hotel. and very upset t.

When I checked in, the system was down, so the hotel can't provided me the electronic key card for my room, which mean, I have to go to reception and ask them to open my room everytime I went back.

The refrigerator is broken, not cold at all. When I ask the receptionist to move to another room, first they say ok, after that they say can not. The electricity is broken, so I even cant charge my phone The water heater also broken cant use to make hot water Soo bye2 Sky Hotel.

24-hour receptionist. Friendly and responsive. Clean even under construction. Comfortable and complete amenities. Close to places to eat and shopping.

The hotel under renovation, no information about that when booking, the towel is old, no floor mate, if ask for more tower got to pay.

1st night - when we check in, the air-cond is not functioning well, called up the reception ask for maintenance but she said there's no maintenance. She ask us to change the room. We change the room and the air-cond was ok. 2n night - morning when we wake up and want to take shower, the hot water not functioning, called again the receptionist and she said yes only our room with no hot water. Try to look for the maintenance or manager but the receptionist mentioned both is not around. Overall stay is terrible. Not recommended!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, you can walk everywhere, you can also find food easily, every time you come to stay here, the building is still under renovation, hopefully it will finish soon and get even better.

The room cleanliness is really lacking, the walls have red and red spots, not cleaned, the TV is not blood / food / drinks; dust everywhere receptionist there is no hospitality at all, the atmosphere of the hotel during the evening scary night, fortunately come with friends, so sleep with friends too, Though rent 2 nights, but the next day we move hotels. The location is strategic, but yesterday the renovation was a bit messy.

The staff is great. So helpful. But the hotel is under renovation so we cannot enter room with our own card. Need staff to open the room for us everytime. Everything good.
