Windows that won't close —> security risk

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist who checked me in on 12/28 and out on 12/30/24.

Because I was afraid of encountering an unexpected situation, I booked a room through the app instead of finding a hotel directly. The room was successfully booked on November 15 for 2 nights from November 22-24 (2 adults, 1 child under 1 year old) for a room price of over 1.1 million. When I arrived, the hotel reported an error saying the app was currently full and pushed me to the nearby Hanoi Solo hostel (the hotel paid for the taxi) saying that the room price was higher than the hotel's and that I had to pay for it because it was the hotel's fault, but the price at Solo was only around 900k. I had read reviews about the hotel where this had happened, but I didn't think it would happen to me again. I hope it was really an accident and not intentionally done to guests with children who were not convenient to move around. Anyone who books a hotel room should be careful and call to confirm before arriving. I called the hotel 1 day before arriving to ask about the check-in procedure with children, but I didn't ask clearly if the hotel had received my reservation.

I am extremely happy with this place! The staffs are very helpful and the room is extremely spacious. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel very strategic, close to anywhere. Good room too and air condition very good cold.

Clean and spacious room. Good location near Hoan Kiem Lake. And restaurants near this hotel is delivering a delicious food and very cheap.

Classic-style hotel, the room is very beautiful, clean and quite spacious compared to my imagination, because it is right near Hoan Kiem Lake, it is convenient to go anywhere and the price is very good. All amenities are complete. I recorded a video for review but the app can't upload the video. I am very satisfied. Highly recommend! One minus point is that the room's soundproofing is not good. While sleeping, I could hear people walking and laughing outside. 😅

The bed is not clean, the room is a bit old, the elevator is not convenient

Booked and paid for the room, but when checking in, there was no room. Take guests to another hotel nearby but worse, the hotel is close to some bars, music plays until 5am can't sleep. The experience couldn't have been worse. There will be no next time with both these 2 hotels.

The hotel room is very spacious, clean, and free breakfast. Hotel staff is very enthusiastic, friendly, feels like family atmosphere. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi again, I will book this hotel again.

Khách sạn ngay phố cổ,đi bộ vào hồ gươm rất gần, phòng có hơi xuống cấp ở mục đèn và tường nhưng không ảnh hưởng quá nhiều. Ăn sáng ngon và nhiều món cô lễ tân rất nhiệt tình
