Khách sạn rất tệ, không có nước nóng ( trời đang lạnh),

I booked a room for 4 people, then they said the room was full while I had already paid through the app. I received 2 rooms, 1 room was okay, the blanket was dusty but had no intestines, the 1 room was very dirty with no blankets, no towels. ... it was dirty so I went down to change room and told my partner to sleep for 1 night tomorrow and come over the next day until 4pm and still no room. Requesting a refund, no refund, very frustrating.
