Lovely facilities, awesome spa, a very comfortable bed and warm room, highly recommend any to stay

Only thing is the shower needs attention the base is loose and it doesnt drain well. Also the floor of the toliet isnt hooked up to a pipe so you see tight thou it

Locality for my purpose was very good.

would be nice if the SMS containing the the room pass code also included the '#' at the end of the combination. It's not obvious to me that that should be entered to activate the lock

This was a wonderful unit. Very spacious, good cooking facilities although I think a frypan would be helpful. It is close to the city centre and lots of eating places. Was really happy with this accommodation but the digital number pad to gain entry was rather tricky.

Excellent access to room with unique code. No reason to go to office.

Overall the property was as promised and met our needs. The only issue was communication when we tried to resolve an issue with our television. The SKY television was for the first while cutting in and out and there was only one station. We tried to contact using the after hours button at the reception and was told they would call the room in a while. There was no call, but transmission resolved but not there being only one channel. We sent an email our first evening and never heard back. TV was not a major issue but made us wonder what would happen if there was one. Would they respond? Based on that we would not stay again.

Stayed two nights and found this motel to be very strange in that there is no one around apart from a very helpful housekeeper, who works here daily, but not the whole day. If there was an emergency there is a phone number provided. Older style with large rooms, but only serviced if booked for 4 nights. We had to go to the laundry to get fresh towels, also there are notices around to take out your rubbish. Exit out of property is so overgrown with bushes you have to take your car back through the entrance. Gardens are not looked after. Would not stay here again.

Extremely good value for money on our five night stay. Small kitchen area gave us some options for eating and the proximity of the accommodation to shops and restaurants etc was good. Spacious accommodation with good quality amenities. Walking distance to city centre.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was very convenient to have to Make warm breakfast. The reception was by intercom system.

Brilliant for a mum with two tweens. Could not believe how close we were to the town centre - a gentle 12 minutes walk to the nearest tramway stop. Well equipped, clean and super comfortable accommodation.

The security code was a little frustrating when the door wouldn't open. I had given the motel pre warning of different guests arriving at different times, and motel didn't pass on the communication, even after phoning them from overseas.
