This was a great place to stay - good facilities and everything you need for a short break - even a washing machine! Location is very convenient and quiet, a short walk down the road to the centre, a tram stop directly outside, and a supermarket just across the road.

The place was very cozy. Love the interior and all the appliances inside the apartment/room. Ill definitely staying here again if i’ll go back to Prague.

This place is more like a hostel, but the nicest we've been to. We had a private room but shared bathroom. The bathrooms were always neat and tidy. They even have a double shower for couple, which makes it efficient during shower times. The kitchen area and the kitchenware is in good condition and very clean...perfect to cook meals. Dedicated boxes in the refrigerator for each room. Washer and dryer are available for a small fee as well. Overall place is nice and organized. No AC but they supply a fan in the room, which is nice during hot weather. The location is perfect: supermarket on the other side of the street, walkable distance to train station and the city center as well. Safe area but all doors are locked with a code. Very very pleased with our stay, totally recommend. Note to owners: Please keep your high quality standards and prices low! Thanks again

It is very convenient to everything. Central station is 10 min walk. 15-20 min walk to the center. Everything was clean. Washer cost is very cheap. Dryer is free BUT takes FOREVER to dry. My load was in the dryer for 8 hours and it was still not dry. Kitchen is full stocked. There is fridge space. I would stay again.

We stayed in the hostel which was clean and efficient. The added sink in the room was a very nice touch. The only recommendation is to have a place where we could meet and talk with other guests.

Good stay at Hostel Sklep, check in was smooth and easy. Had breakfast included which was a suprise however when we had the muesli it tasted sour and the fruit was stale. Besides this the shared kitchen has a big fridge with boxes to store things for each room which was great and they had a paid washing machine there also. Overall, the accommodation was fine for our stay and only 20-25 minutes from the city centre (through the train station). Great for a couple of nights but might struggle if it was for longer.

Easy to find on the main road up from the main station. Check-in was quick and unfussy. Facilities clean. Plenty f pubs and food places plus shops within a few minutes walk. Left early so unable to comment on breakfast.

All is good except the bathroom cannot be locked. It may feel unsafe when having a shower.

My room didn't have plug to charge my cell phone and I didn't like that I've to wait until 2pm for checking. Also, breakfast should start at 6 am not at 8 am.

Room and bathroom was good comparing with price, but wifi was slow. Close to Praha Central train station (1 stop by tram)

Big kitchen provided all we need. Clean toilet. Good breakfast. There is a slope between the hotel and train station, so it is a little unconvenient for walking, but the are local trains in front of the hotel, which can reach train station in 3 mins.

The hostel is complete with a restaurant so unless you want something more special, you don't need to look for lunch/dinner elsewhere. We were accommodated in a small room, normally given as a single room, but this was compensated for by a 200Kc voucher to use in the restaurant or against future stay. As we stayed only one night, and literally used the room just for sleeping, this was not an issue. Although we had a window on to the street, which was very noisy, the rest of the hostel was ok, clean, with a large equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and toilets, and a very good breakfast buffet. It's not far from the main train station, and close to the tram and buses into the city, and there is also a decent selection of shops along the street. All in all a very satisfying stay.

It's in a good location because it's close to the train station and a quick tram ride from anything else you want to see. The restaurant there is good.

Enjoyable bright colours in a very comfortable room with enough facilities to relax at the end of a long day exploring. Good internet in the room. Large hot and cold selection for breakfast. Lovely setting for breakfast. Good modern communal bathroom facilities. Everything you need for a base to fall in love with Prague.Location is good. 10 mins to main train station. Short walking track is 15 mins to Old Town or wander the quiet streets the long way. Or tram right outside the door.

We arrived to a kind greeting from the receptionist who showed us around and took us to our room. It was small but nice enough. The shared bathroom was always clean and the toilet paper always stocked and the kitchen/ living room was great too. The biggest issue with it though, was that there is no WI-FI. They do have it and you fan find the server however it does not work. We were told they would look into it, we were then told it was fixed and working but it wasn't. everyone was having the same issues and it was very annoying. If you stay here make sure you have a detailed plan on what you want to do as the computer that they provide barely works either. The breakfast is also very hit and miss.. It was good one day very average the next.

the hostel offers all the basics: nice tidy rooms, good beds, clean share bathrooms. a bonus is the large guest kichen & lounge. Breakfast was very nice each morning, a nice selection. good location, tram stop outside the door and about 4 stops to centre city. will be back!

We stayed here for 3 nights, was a really easy 15 min walk into the city centre or there was a tram out the front. Breakfast each morning was great and had both hot and cold options. Only problem was two other hotel stayers smoking and the lack of double bed.
