El cuarto estaba limpio y fresco. El personal siempre fue muy amable. La habitación ybaño necesita mantenimiento El restaurante fue excelente y accesible.el sector pileta está muy cuidado y lindo pero las reposeras estaban casi todas rotas.

Restaurante bom. Funcionários simpáticos Mas o hotel está precisando de reparos. O quarto tinha infiltração e cheiro forte de mofo. Café é aceitável.

Overall, a good stay. I would definitely stay again. However, the property could use a bit of TLC. Some areas feel a little dated and could benefit from maintenance, especially the bathroom where the shower head was loose and nearly falling off.

This hotel is like an island - the hotel is really nice, but it's in the middle of nowhere, between the town of Villa Maria and the freeway; and the neighborhood right next to the hotel is really run-down, but you don't see it. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was totally functional. Also, the hotel had a restaurant attached to the hotel, which was a great bonus as we were there during a very ugly thunderstorm. The dinner food was OK, not great, but the service was very nice and friendly; breakfast was in the restaurant too, and was also OK. The best part was the service overall - very welcoming and friendly.

From the first moment, we felt very welcome. The staff including Nicolas, Andrea and many others were great. Helpful with directions around town, ideas for where to eat, to helping solve a few travel issues, the staff was great. The rooms were newer and very clean, well laid out.

EN REALIDAD NO MUY BUENO, además no avisaron que no funcionaba el spa, gimnasio y spa. deben informar esto. La cocina del restaurante muy buena, la atención regular- Pedí factura A y me comunicaron que la enviarían por mail, Aun no la recibí.

Reserve una habitacion para 3 huespedes, viajamos mi marido yo y mi hija de 6 anos , pedi una habitacion cin cama extra, ll3gamos alla ellos no sabian de mi hija , el hotel estaba lleno , tuvikos a dormir los 3 en una cama matrimonial 😡, no se enteraron a mi reserva eran 3 hu3spedes .
