This is a solid two star facility. If all you require is a cheap clean spacious room for a night, it'll do the trick. If you want service, minimal decor, amenities - don't go there. Didn't see any stuff. You pick up/leave the room key on the counter of the front desk.

This place was unique and the property and building is just amazing. The old vibes and goth grooves had me feeling like i was in a movie. Place is amazing.

Comfortable room in a sprawling hotel, often empty while I was there - thought there were enough people for a party on Saturday night. Huge variety of places to sit and hang out, the games room and free food for evening snacks were highlights.

Fascinating...the hotel appeared empty/closed when we arrived. The door was locked. The phone number on the door sign did not work. Then I noticed the text I had received the day earlier (and ignored) with portkod info. Not sure if this is a covid-19 situation but everything was done without human interaction: let yourself in, pick up keys, info about breakfast, etc. in the envelope. Once in, I was pleasantly surprised. Total timewarp. The 24-hr self-serve coffee and oatmeal was charming, too. Definitely off the beaten path but an enjoyable one-night stay.

Stayed on the top floor, loud pitched sound from ventilation system made it hard to fall asleep. A wonderful walking trail just outside the hotel.

Breakfast is less than basic, i would suggest to go eat somewhere else or pay a little more for a differnt locate that includes breakfast as well. Wifi wasnt the greatest either but they do have it available. Beds were really comfortable though. Bathroom took some getting used too but very creative on how they maximized space.

Simple room, thin duvet, but still the hotel has a warm feel. Did not speak to personnel during stay. Self service breakfast serving basic breakfast. Overall fine for short stay.

I was in a business trip and when I got there there was nobody to help you in. The only option for dinner was a sandwich which was very dissapointing.

Charming hotel close to Umeå. Propably best place to stay and catch the morning ferry to Vasa. Very flexible checkin&out.

Nice and only 30 minutes away from town with the bus

only room available at the time. no one was there when i arrived lucky for me i could get into the hotels wifi from outside to retrieve a door code, as no hotel staff was there and i couldnt get in, strange way to operate. compared to other hotels the breakfast was a bit off.

The room was not very clean and the skirting board had falling off the wall. Shower room floor was not clean; I had to do that before I could take a shower.

Fint rum, enkel incheckning. Toppen att kunna ta sig en kvällsmacka. Frukosten var helt OK. Sist men inte minst, att man hade gratis parkering o motorvärmare. Rekommenderar!

Perfekt att hunden var välkommen. Helt ok rum och boende till det billiga priset. En äldre byggnad men rummet funkade bra (kalldrag från fönster) och badrummet även så, trots avloppslukt där. Frukosten spartansk och lite tråkig men en macka och kaffe så var magen nöjd. Fint att promenera kring kyrkan.

Väldigt lugnt boende under en helg i början av november. Bra budget val. Stort plus för bastun och kvällsfikan som ingick i priset. Kul med ett spelrum, men det skulle behöva rustas upp. Familjerummet var stort och tyst. Lite nergånget inredning, men som sagt bra budgetval.

Rummet var bra och personalen trevlig men omklädningsrummet till bastun skulle behövas städas bättre.
