Enchanted

Nicer than expected since we booked it in the last minute for one night stay. The room was modern and comfortable . There is a lot of outside area covered by trees and a pool. Restaurants had a very nice shaded terrace. Close proximity to wineries. Very good experience.

Quite possibly the best small family-owned hotel I have stayed in and for a well-travelled 70-year-old that is allot. If you want the essence of what differentiates and makes a family business, then this does it all. 10/10

Room good; evening meal good with good service. Breakfast less good & was offended when asked to move when we sat at a table for three - had done so as near door and easier for aged/partially disabled. Lots of other tables and easy enough to do another place setting.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Dinner was lovely and breakfast the next day was very good. It is not near anything but a beautiful place to spend a restful weekend. We could park in front of our room and no stairs.

The hotel was in a nice setting and the evening meal was excellent. We were accommodated in a bungalow in the grounds which looked like an outhouse with a flat roof. It was also a little damp although the furnishings were modern. The other rooms in the grounds have pitched roofs so may be better. There is a nice outside pool and the staff were very helpful

A beautiful hotel. My room was superb. The staff were very pleasant and incredibly helpful. Food was superb, and the weather was ideal to lounge around the pool. I would go again.

A shear delight

I stayed only one night here, but after seeing the location and the cleanliness of the room I would have like to stay more. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There was a screen on the window so I could leave it open all night. A nice view the room. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. A nice place to relax at with plenty of things to do and see nearby.

Single beds had to be made up after we arrived. No one around when we arrived, were not shown where breakfast would be. Very understaffed. Tried to charge us for breakfast but agreed it was included reluctantly.
