Hot spring is great

It is a lovely hotel in the middle of a park above a lake. Great place

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, the service was excellent, and the way they served breakfast was good, most of all the water condition was excellent. I would I to come back to this hotel again.

Wonderful view of the lake in the dining and hotel room. It's a business/wedding hall that happens to have rooms so a lot of extra things a priced high, but Jinju is a very new town with lots of things to do in the evening. Great spot for a basecamp to hike Jirisan or as a stopover for a longer trip. Front desk spoke great english, however was a little rude and treated all the local guests first, even though we were in line after they accidentally held my ID during check-in and I was just trying to get it back off the scanner.

Location is okay. Location is not the best but if you are traveling with your family for a restful holiday this will be the hotel for you.

The location is beautiful. The room was nice, but the management was very rude. I don’t speak Korean and it was difficult to understand some of the things he said especially with his mask on. He then got frustrated and would say something in Korean to another worker and they would snicker. Also, you have to ask to have your air conditioning controls turned on and he seemed bugged that I asked for that. The location made up for it and the restaurant had very good food and the server was very nice.

Came here for business but would love to come back with my significant other or friends

Very nice location. Very nice view. Need chairs and a small table on the decks. Elevator needs cleaning..... floor and doors.

Hotel sits by a beautiful lake and each room has a balcony with a view. Great breakfast.

The Lakeside Hotel sits high above a beautiful reservoir with stunning mountain views. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. There are places to walk or hike around the hotel in the woods and enjoy the scenery. The hotel, however, is situated well away from downtown Jinju, so it is best if you have a car or means of transportation to get around while you are there. I recommend the hotel as a relaxing and well run oasis for a visit to south central Korea.

Location was wonderful but facilities was not that clean. But overall staff was very friendly and helpful.

I've come a long way. It rained hard because it was raining, but it was a good trip.

직원도 친절하고 룸도 깔끔하고 조식도 깔끔하고 다 좋았어요.

욕실이 좀 좁은거 말고는 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 진양호 전망도 좋고, 광천수라서 씻고 나니 피부도 보들보들 하며, 아침 조식도 한식 1인상으로 나오는 것도 정말 좋습니다. 두번째 방문이었는데, 다음에 또 방문할 의향 있습니다.

깨끗하고 주변 경관이 너무 좋습니다. 조식은 한식으로 깔끔합니다. 단지 숙소주변 편의시설이 없으니 미리 준비해야 합니다.
