It would have been nice to know that the entire roof of the unit had water damage and was mid way through being repaired. The painting/picture on the wall also had sticky tape inside it which was holding something on. The first we knew about the roof was a laminated half page note inside the room. I find it difficult to believe that this room was rented out in the condition it was in and we were expected to pay full price. I would have thought letting the client know upon check in that there were some repairs going on and offering a discount due its current state would have made a huge difference as the facts are YOUR client certainly did not get the room that was advertised and expected. Additionally the curtains were full of dust and sorry for bluntness - so out dated - when we pulled them across you could see the dirt in the white curtains. All in all - this 'resort' property which you have advertised with photos of the rooms and people suggesting it was a 10/10 rating was far from what we had expectation and the amount we paid. Very disappointing. This property is not one I would recommend to family and friends.

The property is currently very very hard to access because of road work on the M1. The beach is nice but not swimmable. Getting to other areas means quite a drive back and forth. Again the road work makes this a bit of a chore. The room itself was clean and well supplied. The web site said room service, but in effect this was once every 8 nights I believe, so a bit misleading.

Very clear communication checking in after hours. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Could only hear the birds and ocean, so peaceful.

Excellent accommodation, clean , spacious comfortable rooms with well equipped kitchen , aircon . Quiet location right on the beach ! Wish I could stay longer ! Thank you!

Great place and no issues

Nice place with friendly staff. The property is dated but clean and well maintained. It is right next to the beach which the kids absolutely loved. Quite a few things for kids to do including tennis court, pool and board games!

Fabulous location for a peaceful break….30 metres from the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and so well appointed. The managers had thought of everything. Only problem is that a car is needed to access shops. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Overall average property. Hotel rooms were bit old but all the basic amenities were provided.

Right on the beach. Clean rooms. Excellent spa. All amenities provided inside the flat. Excellent budget option for family vacation trips.

The place is spacey and easy to check in! So much room in the kitchen area which helped to make it easier with cooking! Very enjoyable and highly recommend it! Thanks again 🙏

Room was large and spacious with the kitchen inclusions being the best I've stayed in. Room was clean and much larger than anticipated, they have really put thought into what to include. Right down to the clothes airer, perfect for hanging towels and swimmers after a swim at the beach or pool.

Beautiful and relaxing

Clean apartment, well thought out with accessories. Comfy bed. Outdoor area/ balcony. Parking on site. Lovely to hear the sound of the ocean. Nice pool and had pool loungers and outdoor BBQ area, if you chose to use. Friendly managers. Would highly recommend.

The staff there were simply amazing. The property and facilities were is good condition. However, the wifi was very poor. There was not connectivity at all and this soured our experience especially for the kids on a rainy day! There was no consideration of this impact when discussed or a remedy.
