No funcionaba el spa, ni la piscina cerrada, ni saunas. La piscina abierta estaba sin agua. El apartamento todo muy bien, muy comodo todo! El unico inconveniente era que la cortina del dormitorio no bajaba completamente y el sol salia de eso lado, a las 7 am ya tenia sol en la habitacion y no se podia evitar.

Very nice to have 2bed 2 bath for such a good rate. Spa and gym were nice too

Totally lack of maintainance. Apartements are noisy and not comfortable. Bad matresses. Poor linens. Towels are old and in bad shape. We even had two dirty ones delivered to us

The check in is a little weird. It is not at front desk, but in a hidden office. You have a to fill in a document with tons of information about yourself. Only one elevator on each side working so sometimes you had to wait three trips of other guest to their floors and wait your turn, since only 3-4 people fit per elevator. The apartaments are modern, spacious and nice. The apartment overall was clean but the tub had mold. The gym was ok, however it smelled bad. The location was good, near to a main shopping mall and restaurants.

Great value, high end establishment/spacious, comfortable rooms in a great neighborhood for a very reasonable rate. Since it’s a rental property, it’s a little confusing when you arrive since the folks at the front desk don’t check you in. Minor detail as someone from the Rental unit arrives quickly to check you in, perhaps the communication could be better.

A quirky building with lots of unique furniture. Be mindful that this place is a fair way from the main Punte atmosphere. But easily accessible with a car and close to the shopping centre. We visited in the middle of winter and loved having the place to ourselves. The indoor pool and spa area were great, with 2 large saunas. Although the outdoor pool (and pool table) was closed during August. Free car park was a great bonus and the staff were friendly, except the cleaner who walked in through our locked door without knocking. Overall a nice resort style apartment in a safe area

This apartment is a disaster. No clean, bed is a very poor bed, pillows??? Forget this word in this apartment. Its owner does nt think in his passenger. WC seat broken. That “ double sofa” is a poor little bed for a light child. Microwave, refrigerator and tap on bathroom are very poor. Yoo is a good place, but this apartment... forget

This is a great place. Not really a hotel, seems more like a time share The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, with a full kitchen and plenty of space The pool was great. The downsides are there there's no restaurant and it is far from the beach

Great pool, room decent, but location isnt great for beaches, and definitely dont get full hotel-services experience. Overall not bad, just a little disappointing given the name brand.

The announcement should be clear that the location is an apart-hotel with NO service, administrated as time sharing.
