This place was perfect for us. Close to the beach and a short walk to the station, but off the main strip so it was quiet. The blackout curtains worked really well and we didnt hear noise from the festival going on over the weekend. The aircon was great too!

Great location 3 minutes from the main road in front of beach and an easy 25 minute walk from the train station. Friendly and helpful staff with nice clean rooms and decent choice for breakfast

The room size was wonderful. The bedding could be updates as it had been patched wear torn (looked shabby compared to the rest of the room). It would be nice to have a bar fridge or coffee maker that makes hot water in the room.

The positive first - very friendly and kind staff - free parking Negative I booked triple room with double bed and one twin bed. I got double room with double bed and rollaway bed. This extra bed is not part of the room. Everything is arranged for 2 people, 2 chairs inside the room, 2 chairs at the balcony, double bed had to be shifted from original position to make enough space for rollaway bed! This bed was super small and uncomfortable! I can understand the hotel had some issues, but this could be solved with apologize and some compensation, like discount from the price. Next point is spa. We have chosen this hotel also because of spa, unfortunately spa were closed. Next point is the breakfast. There was 1 kind of ham, it was so so, 1 kind of salami, so so, 1 kind of cheese again nothing special. Bread was ok and fresh, scrambled eggs awful, boiled eggs, I’m not sure it they were boiled today or yesterday. Very bad sausage and terrible juice. What was positive they have a lot of sweet products pieces, croissants… and fresh fruits, but no vegetable. My kids appreciated this kind of breakfast.

Small hotel (2/3 floors). We came late at night, and the reception guy did not speak English at all, and the service was slow and bad. The hotel looked at night like a grandmother's house. In the morning, the hotel looked better and the service in the reception was helpful, but still, the design is not to my liking - on the worst side of the antiqes, also a poor view of the parking - not in the line of hotels next to the beach, but comfortable hotel.

Pretty average hotel, everything bit dated and run down, although probably par for some other places you'll get in Rimini. Staff not very friendly. Location is OK, not far to walk to beach and restaurants but still manages to feel a bit isolated. Generally I'd say look elsewhere and you'll find a much better places but considering fairly decent price in all was OK value.

Breakfast was sub-par. Coffee machine was mal-functioning or I couldn't figure it out. I also don't like to pay extra to park. Trudy and Lee

Our fourth stay at this wonderful little gem of a hotel. In a great position as it's walking distance to the old town and the main street and beach, yet quiet and gives the feeling of being away from it all. Immaculately clean and lovely light, airy rooms. A simple but adequate breakfast is provided and there is a car park, although this is chargeable at €10 per night. A really delightful hotel.

Lovely room and the staff are really kind. People have reviewed the breakfast as bad, but in all honesty we found it to be good. I had a freshly made cappuccino every morning, delivered with a smile and there was enough choice of food to make us happy. The bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Great wifi and the location is great - beach is really close and wonderful old town is just a 10-15 minute walk. Would absolutely stay here again.

A Gem of a hotel in Rimini. I have had the fortune of visiting Rimini twice in five weeks and on both occasions stayed at this beautiful hotel. Its quiet, the rooms are immaculately clean, the breakfast is good and the staff are efficient, friendly and polite. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again and recommending it to anyone.

We only stayed over night. But i have nothing but praise for the hotel staff. Going above and beyond to make our stay the best that it can be. Cute little appartment.

Excellent hotel with free wifi. Hotel was very clean. Recommend a stay here if you stay in Rimini. The hotel also allowed us to leave our bags for a day trip to San Marino. One of the attendants at the front desk does not speak English so have your translate app ready if you have complex requests. Both front desk attendants we interacted with were extremely nice and helped us with anything we needed.

Villa del Mare was our first stop in Italy after a very long drive from Normandy. What a wonderful surprise. The staff were very pleasant, the room was lovely with its own terrace and very comfortable bed. Although it is an older hotel it was extremely clean. We had dinner, the food was great and the wine list is extensive and very reasonably priced. The hotel is right on the lake so the view is lovely. On arrival we had a drink and a light meal at the adjoining bar. This was a 10 out of 10 experience. We would go back and recommend it.

We booked this hotel as it was on special with Expedia and looked close to the train station and beach. It was fabulous! The hotel is 15 minutes from the train station - a fairly long walk through the park as it's on the other side of the tracks. About 5 minutes from the beach. Beatifully decorated, lovely bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and private.

Underwhelming Stay, Despite Friendly Housekeeping. Our stay was disappointing for several reasons: Reception & Spa Mismatch: The reception was unhelpful—one staff member was particularly grumpy. We were told the spa (sauna and massages) was closed for our entire stay. yet this wasn’t communicated during booking because they advertised spa etc on the website but apparently this is unavailable , which fells misleading. Missing Room Essentials: The room lacked cups, glasses, coffee, tea, kettles, and even complimentary water—forcing us to purchase coffee each morning. The fridge barely worked, and our room key repeatedly failed. The balcony was bare—no chairs or table. On the positive side, housekeeping was always warm, friendly, and diligent—one of the few highlights. Overall, essential amenities and advertised services were missing. With reliable housekeeping as the only real positive, the experience fell far short of expectations.
