Loved the staff but I think it needs new features like in the bathrooms. New shower curtains. But over all I loved that place!

Raul on reception was fantastic, really helpful and kind. The location is great and the area lovely. Room was unfortunately smelly. We opened the door , window ,had the fan on constantly and even put the AC on to run the air through but it didn't make much difference. There's no fan in the bathroom and all our clothes got very damp and sticky. We tried to sit outside as much as we could.

Room looked tired and in need of decoration. Nice view from balcony and friendly staff. The road in front of the hotel has been flooded for months, which is sad. Flores was a lovely place to visit.

Clean room with nice view and patio. Convenient location too. They even packed me a meal for my 3am Tikal sunrise tour.

Nice centrally located hotel. It was pretty quiet when I was there. Food was good and the pool is nice to cool off. Room was clean and air-conditioning was great.

The property is located near the water. It’s also close the bridge of Flores and it’s walkable to the market. They provide excursion options for an additional cost. Directions were unclear at times and after 10 pm the doors are closed. You will have to ring a doorbell. Check in will not happen before 3 pm but they will hold your bags to explore the island. They will charge an extra fee if linens are get dirty. Bring your own toiletries! AC was amazing!! Breakfast was great. You will have to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. There are no ride sharing apps available. There is a Turibus service that you can call to pick you up at the entrance of the airport. Pool needs some maintenance for broken tiles.

Nice hotel in Flores with excellent location and a beautiful view of the lake.

The rooms were nice,however; we were not allowed to take our drinks we brought to the pool side. If we are already paying to stay at the hotel we should be able to drink our own drinks and shouldnt be forced to purchase drinks from a mini bar. The water in the bathroom sink was stink and we had to refill our little bottle of water that they provided at the restuarant. Over all 2 🌟 for me and not staying there again.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming, I wish we were spending more time here. It truly is a great place!

Hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the location is great; however the rooms are not much above old dorm rooms. This is an old hotel that has some modernization done to it, but the rooms are old, and dated. The pool bar is nice and the location is great. Despite the friendliness of staff, I might look for an hotel with nicer rooms if I was in Flores again, though I would not rule out staying here again if I found a room at a good price.
